I gave him 10days to call and nothing. I called him and he never returned my call. I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog. I called the building inspector today and he hasn't even spoke with them or started to pull permit. I have never been treated so poorly by any company. Don't use this electric company. You will be played with for months and get nowhere. The Money was available for service and nothing. I am so very thankful I didn't Give him a Dime. Thank god!!!

When the guys, Randy and Jimmy, came out to do the work, they were awesome. Polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves, wore masks and practiced safe distancing. We made a few changes to what we wanted installed and they handled them within the scope of the work. I paid a mandatory dispatch fee, but received no actual service--not even a basic diagnostic. Once on-site, the electrician quoted $358 just to check what needed troubleshooting, plus $200 per unit to replace standard smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Because the prices were exorbitant, I declined the work, leaving me out the dispatch fee for literally zero results. Save your money and think twice before booking with them.

First, they pick up the phone…read more Second, having picked up the phone, they employ an actual office staff to schedule appointments and not some guy you can barely hear in the middle of a job who never calls you back. Third, they actually do schedule these appointments and maintain communication via email, texts, etc. This is a marked improvement over the guy you can barely hear in the middle of a job who never calls you back. Fourth, the electrician who came was competent, timely, and flexible (he came a day earlier than scheduled). Other reviewers here and elsewhere have complained about costs. I had no issues whatsoever. The price was reasonable for the electrical work he wound up doing. He explained some parts of the electrical system that I didn't understand and clarified that I didn't need any extra work done. Obviously I appreciated that candor. He was also a pretty good dude, easy to relate/talk to, and I always prefer dealing with friendly contractors than sour ones. So in sum, this is a professional outfit and what I've come to expect in the 21st century, with an office staff, scheduling software, and prompt, helpful specialists--but sadly it's something I don't often find in the world of contracting.

The problem started on a Friday night and we had our first renters coming for the season on Tuesday. Even with their extremely busy schedule Chris Electric made sure that they had a team there Friday night making sure we were safe throughout the weekend and first thing Monday they were there trouble shooting. On Tuesday I was in a panic that we were going to have to cancel on our renters, but Chris and Dan (the owners) made a point to come out that morning themselves to make sure everything was fixed and ready.
