Then he said the compressor on the unit could be fixed, but that would be expensive and that he would send me the quote. That was $1,639 plus a $200 service fee. No details on the quote. Just the amount. I went out for another quote from another company. The tech came out, found the problem, fixed it, and also inspected my entire system. The problem - A loose nut that was leaking coolant. Price for the whole thing - $310. I was shocked at the difference in the quality of service. I emailed and called Restivos but never heard back. Bottom line - Do your research. There are better options out there.
