Kevin transparently and honestly told me I was better off getting providence water contacted for repairing some of it which I appreciated. When my boiler and radiator were leaking, Kevin's crew came out fast to look at it. Ultimately took a little while to get everything fixed but the guys worked professionally and efficiently to get the job done. The bill came in a little high for just patchwork (no new components or parts were used so it was 95% labor except for some plumbers putty) but it was lower than the "high end" of the quote I got. Despite the cost, the benefit here is you know what you're getting and that (so far based on my experience anyway) is an honest job and reliable company. So, if you're looking for the cheapest, fastest option you probably want to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a reputable company that tells you straight up what's going on, gives you an estimate and sticks to it, then Five Star is your company!
