Incredible service! I read good reviews on yelp so gave him a call. We spent 10 minutes discussing my problem and was honest about a small fee for diagnostic evaluation even if he didn't end up fixing anything (for his time--felt fair). We talked about what the problem could be with my dishwasher and sink leak and he said to try certain things first because it could be an easy fix on my end. I really respect this because he didn't want to waste my time or his but gave valuable advice for essentially free. I would definitely call him again if the problem is too big for me or if I need a dishwasher installed. read more

Jim's come out and done a few jobs for us, great communicator, does excellent work, cleans up and is reasonably priced. They saved the day!!! I am Team Addessi all the way!!! I cannot explain how stressed I felt over leaving a tenant without a shower prior to contacting Addessi. Once I called Addessi & spoke with Troy I started to calm down. Troy and his father Jim are an amazing team both are honest, kind & caring. They get to the bottom of the problem & they will solve it. I did not have just one issue that was solved, I had 2. I had a stuck shower cartridge that needed to be removed/replaced plus two water lines that were cut & needed shut off valves. Troy came in & went right to work. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. I was elated! I am so very grateful for how fast he responded. If I could give them 100 stars I would. He redid most (if not all) of the plumbing in my nearly 100-year-old house, and we have never, not once - not even a little bit - had any trouble with it. That's actually pretty amazing. When we gutted and renovated our house, Jim made sure everything worked properly. We installed three new bathrooms, along with all new appliances and Addessi did everything. We've had plenty of issues with our old house over the past four years, but the plumbing isn't one of them. I had a burst pipe in my back yard along with a broken faucet. Jim came out and did a great job taking care of all the plumbing issues. He went above and beyond by putting a back plate behind one faucet and when I had a pressure problem after he left he came back out without my asking. The problem had nothing to do with the work he did but was a shutoff valve that was not opened all the way. He spotted the problem, fixed it and took the time to explain how my valve opens and showed me how to do it correctly in the future. He is very fair priced and stands behind his work. read more

October, 2019: I had a leaky faucet and needed a garbage disposal replaced. Jim returned my call and was here the next day with his son Troy. The new unit I bought had a cracked PVC pipe. Jim went to Home Depot for the free replacement and still only charged the quoted price of $130. He ordered a free O-Ring for the leak that would be delivered to my house. I came home to a freezing house 11:30 pm after a night at work. Mind you, the temperature was below 10 degrees in February 2013. I called Jim Addessi and he was on his way home from a long night. Instead of going home he came to my house to fix my boiler. I failed to tell him it was an oil furnace, which is doesn't work on. Any other plumber would have left.
