Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams.

I had a an emergency today (my heat went out), a Saturday, and the on call technician (Anthony) came out quickly and was very thorough in checking everything out and ultimately found the problem.
