We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams.

He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. This is the easiest decision I'll ever make in the future.

Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard. Best point it has been a year. The pumps have never come on. The water level has never risen. Basement has remained dry.

I had a an emergency today (my heat went out), a Saturday, and the on call technician (Anthony) came out quickly and was very thorough in checking everything out and ultimately found the problem. The house is now heating back up. I had a similar emergency years ago when my water heater burst and they were equally responsive and helped me also get a clean up crew out. He is taking trying to build his own business very seriously. The original appointment was made about 5 days out so he could order parts necessary. (He came prepared on 1st visit)! Morning of visit, I texted Derrion to try to get a closer time based on his schedule for the day. He did give me a 2 hr window so I could go & do other errands. He called me about an hour prior to his earliest estimated arrival & said he was running early, if I wanted he could be here in 20 minutes.
