When we gutted and renovated our house, Jim made sure everything worked properly. We installed three new bathrooms, along with all new appliances and Addessi did everything. We've had plenty of issues with our old house over the past four years, but the plumbing isn't one of them. Jim is extremely sweet and very friendly -he's a genuine Rhode Islander without a bit of pretense about him. He's down to earth, says what he means, does what he says he'll do, and does it perfectly and for a very reasonable price. He even labeled each and every pipe valve in our basement so we would know which part of the house it runs to should anything burst or go awry - that's serious attention to detail!

Upon my sister speaking to Gino, he was extremely courteous, highly knowledgeable, and very professional in all aspects associated with plumbing and heating. Gino's character is impeccable as part of our family engaged in conversation once the job was completed. This is a person which is trustworthy, efficient, and quickly determines what is in need of repair with 'No" unnecessary diatribe leading down additional roads. There are many plumbers to provide an analysis as to to the extent of the problem; possibly leading to additional cost, whereas they believe they can bring in more money in trying to panic the consumer. Gino does not operate in this way and makes an honest approach to diagnose the problem quickly. We would highly recommend Gino's Plumbing & Heating to everyone. The cost associated with plumbing repairs or installation are most reasonable. One would be hard pressed to find a better plumber in this world. Five stars are certainly substantiated in the fact that Gino has the knowledge to service many requests and does so in a professional way.
