As a result, my household was left without hot water for the entire weekend! What is MOST frustrating is they charge a non-refundable diagnostic/scheduling fee and state that the purpose of the visit is to inspect, diagnose, and provide solutions. I expected a professional diagnosis and repair, not a temporary reset that failed almost immediately!
