We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired.
