We have two and a half bathrooms, so I decided to have all three flappers replaced in order to avoid future problems. Nick insisted on inspecting all three toilets before starting. Nick also stated that any repairs would not be guaranteed. That should have been a tip off. By the time he finished, two of the toilets were replaced and one was repaired. The bill was $3906 Instead of a couple of hundred dollars. Since I'm 90, I've gotten a bit slow but at least I don't fall for the internet scams.

What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing. He's a really helpful, friendly, and dedicated person who seems committed to making his customers' homes "right". He also put us onto the most fantastic crew to mitigate our basement disaster. After how happy we were with those guys (who were in our home to fix our basement properly for five weeks), I will take recommendations from Joe for anything we need. He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard.
