Also, the technician left a tool of his at my house during the job. He called me once and I said I would keep an eye out for it. Am I happy with the work for the most part? Yes. Will I ever call them again? No. For what they charge, they should have been better about the details. When the guys, Randy and Jimmy, came out to do the work, they were awesome. Polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves, wore masks and practiced safe distancing. We made a few changes to what we wanted installed and they handled them within the scope of the work.
