Also, the technician left a tool of his at my house during the job. He called me once and I said I would keep an eye out for it. Owner Chris Marchetti was great, coming out the next day, giving us a really good professional evalution and a reasonale quote for the big job. When the guys, Randy and Jimmy, came out to do the work, they were awesome. Polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves, wore masks and practiced safe distancing. We made a few changes to what we wanted installed and they handled them within the scope of the work. There were no suprise charges which was a concern after a bad experience elsewhere. Great job Kelco!
