Phenomenal response, great service and prices. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Oh, and beyond that, he's a great guy

Another outstanding service from this company. Replacing an early 90s Panel to provide stabilization and to address a problem I have been experiencing for months. Strongly recommended for efficiency and effective service, and all at the best prices in the market. read more

ZH Electric came and did the job as requested. What impressed me was the professionalism to advise on improvements to my 'ask' (modernization) & building in safe guards. I plan on using this young man's services for other future electric projects. I will definitely have this company as my 'GO-TO' electric advisor. read more

paid him to do a job he didn't complete it doesn't return phone calls or texts thought I found a reliable electrician

Zach installed a couple of lights for us with a dimmer. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. He was very communicative and made sure that everything was done correctly. Straightforward and reasonable pricing. read more

Zach was super responsive and able to replace our smoke alarm system the day after I contacted him. We were a little frazzled because our old system was going off about every 15 minutes and my poor dogs were nervous wrecks. Zach looked at our system in detail, made recommendations and explained why, purchased the new system and installed it fast and efficiently. I then had him price the many other electrical systems jobs that I'd been putting off because I hadn't found a good electrician. Got one now though. read more

ZH Electric gave me a quote, I accepted, and they agreed to come out to do the work. The day of the service, they sent me an email saying they had to reschedule. I called them about 10 times and sent several emails asking when would work to reschedule, but they didn't get back to me. Clearly they didn't care about my business, or their reputation. Do not hire if you are looking for a reliable company. read more

Several things went well. Zach was easy to contact, the pricing was fair, the work was performed on time, absolutely to my satisfaction. If I need additional electrical work, I will contact him. Thank you. read more

Great! Explains situation and remedy very well. Will definitely call him again as needed. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Zach by friends who live in our neighborhood and are incredibly glad that they did. He was easy to schedule with for a quote visit, and he presented a few options to help us modernize the electrical in our house. The pricing was straightforward, and he completed all the work quickly and professionally. I will be recommending Zach to any other neighbors who might need electrical work, and we'll definitely be reaching out to him again for future projects. read more

Outstanding experience. Zach was professional, helpful and informative. I called him early on a Thursday and he was able to arrive at my home within 15 minutes. This wasn't even an emergency issue. I called ZH Electric because a previous electrician advised me that my ceiling fan was not working because my home needed a rewiring job, when I believed it was only a faulty wall switch. Zach confirmed that the issue was indeed only a faulty switch but because the previous electrician removed the fan and cut the wires on the fan so close to the motor that it could not be reinstalled. Zach came back bright and early the next day , removed my old fan, assembled and installed the new one and was done in about an hour. His communication, explanation of the job and knowledge was superb. Highly recommended! read more

They made an appointment to come to my house to look things over and give me an estimate for how much my installation would cost. When the time came, they were nowhere to be seen, and did not respond to my messages about it. read more

They did a great job with several electrical issues in our house. Zac was very good at explaining what was needed and why. The work was done carefully and neatly and was a good value for the price. Highly recommend and we will use them again. read more

Great job, was able to complete the work is short amount of time. Answered all my questions.

ZH Electric is relatively new in Lincoln but is head and shoulders above other electricians in the area in terms of honest dealings, customer service and quality of work. Zach is the owner of ZH and Lou will like him right away. while other firms nickel and dime you with fees to come out first then offer a price ZH will be upfront about costs and will come right away without a hassle. ai highly recommend ZH Electric for all your electrical needs! read more

Should have posted this months ago,..this gentleman was fantastic, he came the day after we made a phone call to him early in tje morning for my mother,..he was fast, extremely fair in pricing and did fantastic work..would 100 percent recommend anyone with any sort of an electrical problem, emergency or not to give him a call!!!..would give 10 stars if we could! read more

no call no show. Even called on the date of the appointment, no answer no return phone call. Why waste people's time as well as his to schedule an appointment, then no show? A lot of reviews are saying how good his professionalism is. It is the reason why I chose them over others. I just wasted my morning. If you want to schedule an appointment with ZH Electric, think twice. read more

The electrician came out and assessed my situation and never sent a quote or returned a call. Why not just be honest if the job isn't right for you? read more

Zach is excellent to work with! From the start, he's been on top of things. We needed some additional outlets installed in our basement along with recessed lighting. Zach quoted us quickly & was able to do the work within the same week. He came up with ideas for re-routing our light switches for easier access. He also installed an additional light above our boiler - which we were not expecting but came in handy when the plumber had to replace it a few days later! He went above and beyond to notify us that our panel will need to be replaced soon, quoting us out for that as well. These days it can be hard to find good, honest contractors to work with. We certainly got lucky with ZH Electric. I will be recommending Zach to anyone who needs electrical work in the area! read more
