Bob…read moreunderstood completely and offered portable heating units until he could solve the issue for my first time using him. He came when he said he would and was able to contact the manufacturer and arrange a technician appointment so there wouldn't be wasted time waiting for a return call. Together they solved a gas pressure issue and using a too high MERV (13 ) filter that restricted air flow allowing the furnace to burn too hot. This caused a lockout shutting the furnace down. I highly recommend him to solve your problem much more reasonable than the big firms. He is someone you can trust.

I had them come back to replace a pressure tank, which is an easy job. Charged me $600/hr. plus materials. The work was fine, but I asked for an itemised invoice three times and never got more than a basic total. I work with major contractors at my job all the time so I know what should be listed. It was pretty easy to figure out their material costs were, so the hourly came out to $600, which is off the charts crazy. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour.
