He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. They installed the whole hybrid system including heat pump and heat exchanger. No excuse for word games. When the consumer asks for a price on their heating and cooling system, I bet most folks would mean the whole thing as I did. I didn't expect to have to pay for the premium plan AND then other parts of the system. I will not renew next year and will find another company.

I have a very old AC unit that's in the attic and I wasn't very optimistic but after about an hour of working on it Alex got it working again by replacing a fan and installing a new thermostat that was compatible with new part. So I again hired Smart Climate to replace both my old furnace and AC. When it came for choosing the right HVAC system, Alex was very patient to discuss about the system I wanted. He was willing to provide the cost on different brands and types of systems. And he would give professional recommendations on the sizes of the systems. In addition, he was willing to deal with any concerns I had. For example, my old furnace had the gas ball valve inside of it. I told Alex that I would want it to be outside of the furnace. And he kept that in mind and made the adjustment when installing the new furnace. On the day Alex came for the installation, he would kept me informed of his arrival time. And he was always on time. After he was done for the day, I found no mess anywhere he had worked at in the house! After installation, he would tell me what regular maintenance is needed to keep my system running. For example, changing the filter 2 to 3 months! The quality of work is just amazing. To be honest, by looking at the pictures he had posted online, I can already tell that he is confident at the quality of his work. It also shows that he is passionate on what he is doing! From my personal experience, I have no regret hiring Smart Climate and it is worth every penny spent!

Leaving my family with no AC. I had to pay Add'tl $7k later involving another company. Now, 2nd issue. Confirmed when the hvac installed another company said system is NOT aligned with original airduct, resulting in leakage. I have called beyond numerous times and no call back. This issue, there is no doubt, it's their work for improperly installing it. I'm disgusted Rob Norton will not return a call. I used a different name and number and a different reason for calling inquiring about a new system. He called about 15 minutes later as he was under the assumption I was a new client. I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up!
