He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and he was also careful about removing his shoes in the house (not necessary by me, but appreciated!). Afterwards, he bagged up all of the lint that came out (a LOT) and we completed the payment process, which was fast, efficient, and secure. They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.
