He was very responsive and arrived when he said he would. He did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent. We will use him again.

3 Wave is excellent. Matt is responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable. Of the people I contacted, Matt's business was by far the most professional, providing a flat fee for the job, showing up on time during a time when I had a window to meet him. I will use 3 Wave Cleaning in the future and endorse the company without reservation. What a pleasure to find such competency. read more

I called 3 Wave Cleaning and got a quote to clean my dryer vent. After shopping around, this was the lowest quote, especially since our vent is about 30 feet long, and another company charges by the foot. They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again. read more

When I saw my dryer vent lint trap start to fill up, I did my research on Yelp and found 3 Wave Cleaning. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, which is rare these days: I requested a quote, which came back in under 20 minutes, and I found the price reasonable compared to other companies. Within another 20 minutes, I had an appointment booked for the date I requested. I found them to be thorough and helpful, not only did they clean out my dryer vent but they also notified me that the wall fitting around the vent was improperly installed, and replaced it for me. They also made recommendations as to how often I should clean my vent, which is yearly. Since their visit, my laundry smells so fresh and clean -- it's like I have a brand-new dryer! What an improvement. I will definitely be contacting them for my future yearly dryer vent cleanings. read more

3 Wave Cleaning is simply superb! They were extraordinarily responsive, prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer duct. Their pricing is competitive and they deliver in amazing ways on customer service. I consulted with them after the cleaning about an issue that I had and they responded immediately and were able to pinpoint the problem as a dryer issue rather than a duct issue. We could not be more pleased with their services and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will continue to use their services and deeply appreciate their professionalism. read more

I talked to Mickey and Paul based on glowing reviews of 3 Wave Cleaning, and they were able to put me on the schedule for the very next day. They gave me a heads-up call 15 minutes before arriving in Salem MA, and they (along with Phillip) were friendly and consultative during the 40 minutes of service for a long overdue dryer vent cleaning and bathroom exhaust inspection. Their fee was very reasonable compared to others and it was easy to pay by card. I will definitely be calling on them again for ongoing maintenance! read more

Our dryer started to smell like something was burning. I didn't want to use it again until the dryer vent was cleaned. I contacted 3 Wave Cleaning through Yelp and they were able to fit me in right away, and for a reasonable price (best price of the three quotes I received on Yelp). Three guys came. They showed up on time, they were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned the ducts and the dryer vent system. They showed us the before and after photos of the ducts; I had no idea the ducts were so gross. They gave us some advice on how to keep the ducts clean and how often to get them professionally cleaned. I will definitely hire them when we need our next cleaning. read more

We requested or heating vents be cleaned. They arrived when agreed, surveyed the system and got down to the job. they covered vent so that no dust/dirt was circulated back into the house. ( i have seen other reviews for other companies that did not do this). They were friendly, and showed us before and after pictures of the vents. absolutely would recommend 3 Wave cleaning. The final statement is that they gave us the best estimated price and what they quoted is what it cost,. No bait and switch! read more

Philips and crew were amazing they showed up on time they were courteous, thorough and unbelievable. I wouldn't hire anybody else take it from me. We hired the 3 Wave Cleaning company for dryer and heating vent cleaning. We have recently moved to the new home and did not know much about the HVAC system. After inspection, they let us know that the heating vents aren't forced by air but just radiators, which only needed vacuuming. We decided to use their service for cleaning it since they had better equipment and they lowered the price for us. While cleaning the bathroom vent, the sensor went off (it's a pretty old system) and they contacted their electrician friend, who came in no time to fix it. They even helped us figure out our electrical breaker's connections. They were very professional, knowledgeable and good at their job. Their work was quick and smooth and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC related cleaning and maintenance services. They are a very reliable bunch of people. read more

Prompt, professional and good value in cleaning our air ducts. Filip was helpful in addressing specific concerns.

3 Wave Cleaning is terrific. We were getting humidity and heat coming out of our dryer, and were concerned about potential lint buildup or a blockage. We were also concerned that the dryer hadn't been appropriately secured to the wall. 3 Wave Cleaning responded quickly to our call, sent someone out to give us an estimate, and came to do the work the next day. They were on-time, professional, and efficient, and we were very pleased with the results of cleaning the dryer vent. They also helped us properly secure the dryer to the wall. Very much recommend. read more

I used 3 Wave Cleaning to clean my dryer vent. The were excellent, professional, and on time for the appointment. They also moved the stacked washer/dryer in a relatively tight spot, cleaned behind it and made sure the vent hose was fully connected well as they had discovered it was loose. Our dryer stopped working because the vent was clogged. 3 Wave cleaning responded to my request very quickly - came by the same day to scope out the work and provide an estimate. Another company canceled my appointment the day before they were scheduled to clean the vents, I reached out to 3 Wave Cleaning and they were able to fit me into their schedule about one month sooner than the company that just canceled on me. I'm so glad that other company canceled because the team from 3 Wave did an amazing job at a great price! They were on-time, extremely professional, did the little things right like immediately taking off their shoes when entering the house, explained everything that they were doing, and spent several hours completely cleaning a pretty dirty system.
