I called 3 Wave Cleaning and got a quote to clean my dryer vent. After shopping around, this was the lowest quote, especially since our vent is about 30 feet long, and another company charges by the foot. They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again. read more

I was very impressed with their responsiveness, which is rare these days: I requested a quote, which came back in under 20 minutes, and I found the price reasonable compared to other companies. Within another 20 minutes, I had an appointment booked for the date I requested. I found them to be thorough and helpful, not only did they clean out my dryer vent but they also notified me that the wall fitting around the vent was improperly installed, and replaced it for me. They also made recommendations as to how often I should clean my vent, which is yearly. Since their visit, my laundry smells so fresh and clean -- it's like I have a brand-new dryer! We hired the 3 Wave Cleaning company for dryer and heating vent cleaning. We have recently moved to the new home and did not know much about the HVAC system. After inspection, they let us know that the heating vents aren't forced by air but just radiators, which only needed vacuuming. We decided to use their service for cleaning it since they had better equipment and they lowered the price for us. While cleaning the bathroom vent, the sensor went off (it's a pretty old system) and they contacted their electrician friend, who came in no time to fix it. They even helped us figure out our electrical breaker's connections. They were very professional, knowledgeable and good at their job.
