I live in California now, and rent my condo out. Matt took all the stress off my plate. He was available right away, ALWAYS responsive in phone, text or email, and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Due to the damages, I had to have flooring and sub flooring taken out and reinstalled, walls opened up, repaired, new cabinets, new paint throughout the condo, reinstall a granite countertop, a new backsplash, along with electric and plumbing work...he took care of either doing or coordinating it all. After contacting Puritan they had a crew here after hours within 90 minutes. Alex was the lead very straight forward and upfront he showed me with his scanner where the water was his assistant was running another machine along the walks where he found no water damage to the walls. After Alex gave me a brief rundown of what they where going to do to help absorb the water they went right to work. A little over an hour they finished sucking what water they could get from the carpet they set up humidifiers and fans to run for the next few days. While finding the water damage was a big disappointment Puritan was very professional. We would highly recommend this company.
