Excellent service. Very very thorough. Had their own inspector of their work and he wanted improvements which were then carried out. Super polite and professional. Would use again, no question. read more

Shoes in home, poor quality of cleaning, expensive, technicians were late, unresponsive, ..etc. We will never use them again.

Very professional and responsive. Took the time to talk to me and figure out the complicated duct system in my house.

Timely, reasonably priced, worked safely and quickly, and were nice and polite. Would definitely use them again.

I was surprisingly impressed by this company. Didn't really know what to expect, but had realized that I had never had my vents and ducks cleaned in my house and we had lived here 16 years. My son had been suffering from an allergy type illness, and my doctor suggested I have my vents cleaned to see if that would help. I can let you know it's not cheap. I paid over $600 to have it done. However, they did everyduct and vent as well as cleaned and replaced my dryer vent hose. Classics super nice and pleasant and respectful as well. read more

Power Bees did a phenomenal job, they were able to identify a problem of a birds nest at the top of my dryer vent that Armstrong couldn't diagnose. Armstrong swore the vent was clean and convinced me the problem was my dryer. A new dryer and 700 dollars later, I was still having the same problem, I called Power Bees and they were able to come out to me the next day! The technician was very thorough and even climbed up in the attic crawl space. I will be using them from now on! read more

PowerBees - Damage Restoration Near Me - Wayland, Massachusetts

This company gets 5 stars for their customer service. I emailed about air duct cleaning and received a phone call within the hour. I spoke with John M. who was informative, clear, and friendly. I scheduled an air duct cleaning for the next day. Robert J. did a wonderful job- he taught me about my heating/cooling system, showed me where the filter goes, talked me through the cleaning process, and ended up cleaning my dryer ducts as well. I considered giving 4 stars because the service left my house pretty messy. Robert vacuumed and cleaned what he could, but I still had to sweep, mop, and dust pretty much every room--I've never had my air ducts cleaned so maybe that's just how it is. After all was done, I bought a new filter, but couldn't get it into my unconventional heating/cooling set up. After some unsuccessful attempts and youtube videos, I called PowerBees back- both John and Robert worked with me to solve the problem and get the filter in. Robert offered to come back if needed, despite being an hour away. Overall, the air duct and dryer vent cleaning were very affordable and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I would definitely recommend PowerBees. read more

These guys are great. Professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Every person I interacted with, from the initial call to the air quality tester to the guys who did the remediation work - everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt totally at ease having them work on our house, and highly recommend them. Work we had done: air quality testing, mold remediation, air duct cleaning. read more

Would not use them again. Powerbees cleaned the dryer vent for a rental unit I own a couple of years ago, then again a couple of months ago. Shortly after the cleaning, the tenants were having problems with the dryer and I called a repair guy who said it was a venting issue, even though the vent had just been cleaned. Powerbees came back and found that the venting was disconnected inside the wall and the tubing was torn. They claimed they had nothing to do with it and didn't want to take responsibility for fixing it, despite the fact that they are the only ones who had been inside the wall in the last few years. The technician claimed there were birds nesting in the vents (there were not) and didn't mention/realize that the venting was not up to code and would have to be replaced, something I was unaware of. I called another company who was able to fix the issue, upgrade the venting, including cutting into the drywall - all in a couple of hours. The other company was very professional and did high quality work. I wouldn't use Powerbees again because: 1. They spent a lot of time trying to say they weren't at fault, even though I think they were. Even if they weren't, their approach to this was really unprofessional. 2. They couldn't cut into the drywall to fix the issue - other companies can do this easily and their technicians have this skill so everything gets done in one visit. 3. They didn't realize or didn't mention that the venting was not up to code and not the right material. I had no idea this was the case b/c I'm not an expert and the venting was in the wall. Had I known this, I would have had it replaced. All in all, hire someone else. read more

The PowerBee tech worked for over an hour, cleaning the badly clogged dryer vent, making minor repairs and supplying a new run of vent hose. They stood by their estimate, and this was well worth the service. read more

Honestly one of the best services I have ever purchased. They came out same day. It was the most thorough cleanings. My dryer vent system is rather complicated and he was conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend them. read more

Called again to have my dryer vent cleaned. They initially cleaned them when I first bought my house. Both visits were great. E-mailed a reminder the day before and the technicians called prior to the appointments to ensure that someone would be there when they arrived. Given accurate time estimates in regards to arrival time. Both times I was pleased with the technicians that arrived, took their time to do the job and instruct me on how to maintain my vents until the next service. read more

After some pretty severe damage from the snow this winter, Power Bees the demolition/drying out of the affected wall. They were professional, courteous, worked with my insurance company, and completed everything in a very timely manner. They also kept me updated at every stage of the project. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Great job at a very reasonable price - definitely recommend to others looking to have their dryer vent ducts cleaned.

We hired Powerbees as part of a neighborhood consortium. They offered a great rate so we took them up on their offer! Not knowing what to expect (since it was the first time the vents had been cleaned in over 3 years) and knowing how dirty they had become, I wondered what the end result would be. They mapped every vent in the house and didn't miss anything! They went above and beyond with the dryer venting as well. I would highly recommend them to come into clean your vents as well. No hassles! read more

I came accross Powerbees when looking for an Air Duct Cleaning Company. Joe DeSantis was extremely professional and available to answer all questions. He gave us a discounted price to clean 18 vents. Andrey was on time the day of the cleaning, very efficient, courteous and friendly. I give this company a 5 stars! read more

PowerBees did a great job on short notice (less than 48 hours) cleaning my dryer vent. They were cheaper than services I've used in the past, and much friendlier. Javi & Andrei left the room where our dryer is spotless, even on a 95 degree day. Much appreciated! read more

Extremely responsive and did not push additional services on us. Hired them for vent cleaning and asked to look at basement for mold. Technician said it was not mold and that, while they could clean it if we wanted, we could do it ourselves. read more

This company is superior in service and customer interaction. They went well beyond what was expected. You cannot go wrong with PowerBees!

I liked these guys. They came to our house and cleaned up 2.5lb of lint that had accumulated over the last 30 years. They left the place in an impeccable condition. Thanks! read more

We called them for mold removal in our attic. They did the job fast and well. We were very happy with their customer service, they were responsive and they offered us a very good price. read more

Nice enough people but not happy with their performance at all. The guy they sent had to come a second time and was still unable to clear a blockage in a dryer vent. I was finally told it could only be cleared from the roof and they don't go on roofs. Fair enough... But false. The second company I called sent a guy who was able to clear the blockage from the inside using his bare hand and it took about 30 seconds. When I notified power bees that this had happened I was not offered a refund. I am giving one star because I am apparently not allowed to give zero per yelp policy. read more

Power Bees is excellent, but Andrey in particular is stellar! He went above and beyond to help fix our dryer exhaust, going so far as to repair a broken vent/duct coupling in addition to a basic cleaning. read more

Just had another duct cleaning done. Excellent job! Big thumbs up to Robert for his customer service/care!

I'm a new home owner so I have little to rely on except others' recommendations, including yelp. So I picked this company as somewhat of a shot in the dark. I knew the previous owners of my home didn't clean out my dryer vent during the entire 10 years they lived here. Needless to say, there was a lot of link trapped in there! The people at PowerBees were friendly and accommodating on the phone when I scheduled and in person. They were right on time. They removed a ton of lint from my dryer vent, cleaned up, charged me as quoted (I called a few places, these prices were comparable, I think even a little less expensive). Overall, great experience and I'll use them again in a year or two when I have to clean them out again. read more

Andre is the best duct cleaner in New England!

Had our air ducts cleaned today. Robert Jones, on time, professional, explained what he was doing, personable. Thumbs up!! Thought it was a bit expensive (360) for 10 ducts, 90 minutes work, but not his "call." read more

PowerBees did a very through and professional job remediating an extensive mold problem in our Dad's basement before we put his house up for sale. I'm pretty picky about work we have done, so when I say they really impressed me I mean it! Jonathan and his team were very knowledgeable and good at conveying technical information to us laymen. They were careful about containing the area where there was mold so it wouldn't spread to other areas when they began treating it. Before removing mold infested built-ins (such as an old workbench), they treated the wood to kill the mold and then wrapped the items in plastic before removing them from the house. When they were finished, they left the work area in immaculate condition. Everyone on the crew was very considerate and pleasure to work with! Not only did they remediate all the mold in the basement, but they diagnosed the cause of the mold and outlined steps we needed to take to fix the underlying problem of water intrusion. You can feel confident that when PowerBees says they've gotten rid of all the mold, it's gone for good! read more
