When I called the office, they told me the results had been ready since the previous day, but the technician never followed up. They emailed the report, which showed elevated mold levels in several rooms. I reached out to the technician, who apologized and said he had been busy. We scheduled a time for him to return the following Monday to inspect the affected areas and provide a remediation quote. He didn't show up. When I called, he said he had forgotten to notify the office about our appointment, so he wasn't reminded. We rescheduled for the next day, and he did come, identified the mold source, and sent a quote promptly. The quote, however, lacked detail, listed two different total prices, and didn't clearly explain the scope of work. After discussing it, he agreed to revise the pricing and add the missing details. The updated quote arrived, but nothing had been corrected. When I contacted him again, he said they had accidentally sent the old version and would revise it, but they were "swamped." I never heard back. I then contacted All Dry Services of South Shore & Cape Cod. They inspected the property, provided an extremely detailed quote, and completed the remediation today. Their team was professional, thorough, and personable. The work was done cleanly, and the area was left properly sealed with negative air pressure. I feel confident the mold issue has been resolved. I have air-quality testing scheduled for tomorrow, and if anything shows up, they will return--but based on the quality of their work, I doubt that will be necessary.
