I had been looking for an honest, reasonably priced HVAC guy since last year as I wanted to replace…read moremy very old HVAC system. I know what this job should cost having had it done at another house I own but the quotes I was receiving were pretty outrageous to be honest, so I kind of gave up looking for a while. Posted the project again on Yelp in the spring and M Heller replied asking for a discussion. After we talked I received a very reasonable quote - much more in line with what I expected. I did my due diligence in terms of exploring the company's background and was completely satisfied. Long story short, if you need plumbing or HVAC work do not hesitate reach out to M (Matt) Heller. He took out an antiquated system and installed a state of the art replacement and it's working great. Anything I requested he acknowledged and accommodated without debate or up charge - he honored the original quote. If you ever need plumbing or HVAC system work, do not hesitate to call on M Heller. You won't be disappointed. His operation is great and he will be doing all my plumbing and HVAC work from here on out.

Joe and his crew are AMAZING! We purchased a new house in Providence and IMMEDIATELY discovered…read morethat everything we flushed, showered, etc. was being backed up into our brand new finished basement. We discovered this on a Sunday evening. Joe became our plumber that night because he made himself available to come out the following morning. And he arrived on time. What he found was a catastrophe that involved a crew to rip out a whole section of sidewalk in front of our house to clear the several feet of city tree branch that had grown into our pipes. He got the right people in to do that job, was onsite to oversee it throughout, and he fixed a few other plumbing hiccups during the interim and even offered to install the new toilet seats we had sitting in their boxes while his excavation guys were doing their thing. He's a really helpful, friendly, and dedicated person who seems committed to making his customers' homes "right". He also put us onto the most fantastic crew to mitigate our basement disaster. After how happy we were with those guys (who were in our home to fix our basement properly for five weeks), I will take recommendations from Joe for anything we need. In fact, we are already working with an electrician he recommended to sort some crazy-wired switches out and move a junction box (not a small job). I recommend Joe and his crew with a 5/5, no question. These guys are great.
