They already came highly recommended, but when I reached out, they were SO nice. They came out as quickly as they could (most companies told me 2-3 weeks!) but they called me several times to give me updates as to whether they could try to get to me even sooner than my scheduled appointment which was only 1 day after I called! Joe and Corey were truly amazing - firstly, they were incredibly communicative about their ETA. When they arrived, they did a thorough diagnosis of the HVAC unit and even took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They took care of the issue with ease and made a lot of recommendations to prevent future damage. They also offered to look at some of the other AC parts and my AC filter just to make sure I was maintaining everything properly - a service they did not need to do or take more time for. They ended up staying just chatting about best practices and were just about the friendliest repair people I have ever dealt with. I own two properties and have been through SO many bad or iffy contractors and repair people so it's such a relief to find reliable and high quality service providers. I will use Fong and Sullivan every time I have an issue and cannot recommend Joe and Corey enough.

I had three mini split systems installed by the ductless master LLC from Fall River about six…read moremonths ago. I started experiencing leaks coming from one of the units. The ductless master showed in two occasions and after two no call no shows, I decided to not work with them and search for different contractor. I was glad to found JT Comforts. They were very knowledgeable, they came out right away, and were able to detect multiple issues with the previous contractors installation that was causing the leaks . Josh recommended a stronger pumps and with a fair price they had to redo the other contractors installation , and did it the right way. Overall Josh and his team did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the problem. I haven't had any leaks since was done. He and his team were professional, efficient, and kind. I wasn't in real trouble because the mini-splits had a heating mode I had forgotten about, that were keeping the place from freezing, so there were other people who had to come first. They explained everything in detail, and were friendly and professional. I had the feeling they had worked together as a team for quite some time. They also gave me tips on my other equipment here. When the parts came the service was very quick and confident and I felt the price was fair. _________________________________________________________ One note for the people who did not return calls: Those are employment interviews. You get ONE chance. Consumers never forget who wasn't there for them.

Update: The owner…read moredid respond to my emails and calls. Apparently, it was a system error. I'm glad the issue was resolved. I did have to call and email multiple times to have the issue resolved, but it was resolved. Hopefully others have a more positive experience with this company than we did: They came to our home in May 2024 for AC "tune up" for the season. I was told that the system was in great order by the tech and supervisor with him. They charged me for the service: $169. That very same day the motor on our condenser failed. The part was under warranty, luckily; although they tried to charge me for the part, until I reminded the billing department I looked up the warranty myself. They did charge for the labor (169 again)-- despite the motor failure occurring the day they tuned up the system. November of 2024, we realized the Honeywell control board for our heating system had failed. Our system was about five years old at that point. Schulz techs replaced that part and charged us 455 for the service, which we paid shortly after receiving the bill. We paid using their online payment system on 11/17/2024 and payment processed 11/18/24. Eight months after they replaced the control board and we paid for the service, they sent another invoice for that same part from 11/2024 for 296 dollars. The original bill was for parts and labor. We found a far better company to use. We will not use Schulz again. Luckily my husband has his credit card statement and invoice to show we paid previously. Maybe just an error, but it isn't the first issue with this company.
