The phone was answered by the third ring by a man who obviously was multitasking like crazy! Turns out the phone was answered by Alex himself while he was in the middle of doing another job!! He was straightforward, telling me he is extremely busy but could come 6/1/22 between 8-10:00AM, just 10 days away. I said ok. He came right on time June 1st, texting me before he left with his ETA. I expected him to come, look and then tell me what was wrong setting up some time off in the far future to come back and repair. Nope. He said he carries lots of parts in his truck and usually can fix units right then and there. Let me say he is a smart & driven young man. I learned more about AC units from him in the short time he was here than from any other AC person. He is really big into educating you about your system which I totally appreciated . He told me maintenance is a big thing, suggesting that an occasional rinsing of the fins with a hose helps the unit run more efficiently. In the end he replaced my thermostat, cleaned the unit & added a hard start to the compressor all for less than $400.00. He did say that my unit is nearing the end of its life span, but said see how it runs this summer and if it's ok no hurry to replace. He is a respectful honest person who's not there to take advantage of you. He's really big into education & maintenance. It's obvious he really enjoys what he does. I highly recommend him!

He came when he said he would and was able to contact the manufacturer and arrange a technician appointment so there wouldn't be wasted time waiting for a return call. Together they solved a gas pressure issue and using a too high MERV (13 ) filter that restricted air flow allowing the furnace to burn too hot. This caused a lockout shutting the furnace down. I highly recommend him to solve your problem much more reasonable than the big firms. He is someone you can trust.

Fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, and was super helpful in explaining things. Our toilet had a clog and he was super knowledgeable about what it might be and how to fix it. He came within an hour and was done before I was done doing a sink of dishes. Over the years they have installed seven Jujitsu units and have maintained them with either bi-annual or annual visits. Recently one outside unit (which is connected to two inside cooling units) failed and to sort out the problem master technician Chris was dispatched. To summarize a long and painful story Chris has, over the last three weeks visited our house nine times all the while being in constant communication with the suppliers of the unit. There were many delays and disappointments all to be laid at the feet of the suppliers of the unit. The interface between me, Chris, Joe and the distributors was masterfully handled by Debbie who never took her foot off the gas. It was made clear to me that their aim was restoration of the system to normal function and that no charges would be levied for the services until and unless full restoration and function were restored. Well, with divine oversight, that occurred today and the system, after intensive negotiations with the suppliers a eureka moment was reached. Hallelujah!! Many smiling faces in the town of Mattapoisett. My deepest thank you to Joe, Chris, Debbie and all the other team members from Majic Air whose applied themselves to a definitive and equitable solution. Found Michael thru Yelp and since he was local I called and asked him for a quote on new…read moreboiler/heating system as ours was leaking a little bit. He stopped by and gave us a quote which was very comparable to other quotes we received. We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work.
