Our old unit was under warranty, but we still had to pay for labor. I asked over and over again for the paperwork for the new warranty that they never producted. The new unit was installed 2/1/25. In December of 2025 we had the same problem with the new unit! I called Briggs Mechanical. They sent out 2 different men, they weren't able to figure out the problem and told me they would have to contact the manufacturer and have them come out and look at the unit. I hsve left 2 messages and no one has every called me back. My thoughts are 1, they're waiting until 2/1/26 the year anniversary that they installed the unit and therefore I may not have a warranty or 2, they just don't have the knowledge to fix the problem. Bottom line .. stay away from Briggs Mechanical. Oh, and the owner Mike, he can talk the ears off a brass monkey with his BS.

Joe and Corey were truly amazing - firstly, they were incredibly communicative about their ETA. When they arrived, they did a thorough diagnosis of the HVAC unit and even took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. They took care of the issue with ease and made a lot of recommendations to prevent future damage.
