I can't thank Pierre and his crew enough for their meticulous attention to my specific needs and unique home layout. This is the smoothest home project I have been involved with. Highly recommended.

Was told they are not on island t il Thursday, so took appt then between 10 and 12 arrival " but they will be there closer to 10" per customer service person. 1 pm to 2:30 pm multiple texts and phone calls to the owner and his CSR. No response from.owner and.CSR was in a meeting At 2:45 got a text they qere not coming today and woukd try agin early next week to get back on island. Temps were n in low 40s at night, 50s daily and i had no heat. Called Climate Care MV. Set up appt for 2 days later, but a guy frred up and was there at 7pm Ran tests, put in a dye came back 6 days later and detected the "Massive leak" in one of bedrroms. Called Senville, found out F&J had tegistered the unit with correct address and email but had someone elses name and phone.number, so we had to correct the registration Shipped unit in 2 days. Climate care installed, recharged, pressure tested and all was good to go with time to spare before 1st renters arrive. Will use Clmate Care moving forward as they are very reliable , thorough and on island. I woukd think twice about using a company for mini splits or any unit that may need routine servicing or emergency servicing that is based off island. Find an onnisland vendor. Sorry F&J but here we are 4 weeks later, no text email or phone call to apologize for completely failing a now former customer

Our central air conditioning unit was having a few issues and Valley Heating and Cooling came out…read morelast year to promptly service our unit. We made the decision to replace the central air unit and had Valley come out and give us a quote on the work. Their quote was very competitive and we wanted to have them replace our unit based upon the excellent service we had received in the past. Our job took two days to complete and the work crew sent out to our house was excellent. They laid down tarps to protect our floors from any debris (we had all of our duct work replaced). In addition we have a small dog who was very curious about their work and really thought they came to visit with her - they were very nice to her and gave her attention. The crew worked very efficiently and answered any of our questions and review details with us along the way. Our new WIFI thermostat had not come in so they installed a digital thermometer and then came back and replaced it with the WIFI unit as soon as it came in. They made the experience pleasurable and we would highly recommend them for both installation and service. It's a pleasure to do business with Valley!

We dealt with Mike, one of the two brothers that did the job. They were both incredibly friendly, neat and clean, and worked quickly. They went out of our way and went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. I had asked them to leave off the toe kick heater in the kitchen to bring the cost down $400, which allowed me to get the loan approval. They ended up installing a small section of baseboards anyway for no extra cost because he told my dad he didn't feel right leaving me with nothing in the kitchen. On their website their tagline is "Quality Means Doing it Right When No One is Looking!" They definitely exemplified this through their work and the decisions they made while completing my upgrade. I am not an HVAC expert by any means, so I was honest with Mike telling him I know enough to know what I don't know. I told him I would rely on their expert decisions to do the right thing and that I wanted to trust them to tell me what I needed to do. They most certainly didn't let me down. Thank you!

Dennis came to our home, charged us approximately $175.00 for an estimate. The repair work is quite a bit of work and costly, we are well aware. After receiving the estimate, I called and left Dennis a message on October 23, 2017, to have Broad Brook come do the repair work. As of November 14th, 2017 I have yet to hear from Broad Brook. I can't say I am impressed with this company. I definitely feel Dennis had no intention of seeing through with the repair work.
