I have great respect for this company, especially their service manager, Eric. I had an issue where…read moremy system was just not keeping temperature (set at 68 but would only cool to 74), and during the recent heat wave it did not keep my home anywhere near cool. Eric came and did an evaluation and found that the system had not been installed with the correct diameter piping to each of the units. After this error was found, the company did not try to avoid taking responsibility and made the repair without charge since the original install was not done correctly by their technician in 2019. I am an elderly woman with MS and a cool home is critical to my health and well-being. A lesser company would have hidden the fact that the install was not done correctly and charge me to fix it. I am immensely grateful for this company's integrity, especially their phenomenal technician. His honesty is a reflection of this company and should be hailed and valued.

Our water goes from hot to cold to hot to cold then stays cold unless we turn on another faucet. They kept saying the unit worked but the unit does not work in our house. The pipes coming out of the unit are 3" and they retro fitted it to our 2" pipes. We believe that's the issue, the flow rate. They put it in our house without figuring out or even knowing if our plumbing would support it. They have reduced the value of our home. There's a lot more to this story. I went back and forth with this terrible company for more than a year. I will most likely open a civil lawsuit against them if and when we can afford to pay for repairs which one plumber said would be $6000. The cost of the install was $14000. I did this for our handicapped daughter so she would have a fairly care free home maintenance future. They don't care. DO not do business with these people!!!!

We decided to go with Michael and a few days later (before our scheduled installation date) our boiler/heating system completely broke and we had no hot water. He again stopped by and looked it and offered to try to fix it temporarily. We appreciated the offer but we just waited for the scheduled installation date that we had already set. Michael had said it would take 3 days to install and it took 3 days. He arrived on time every day and worked all day in the very hottest of days. His subcontractor/electricians came on the last day and they were polite and on time. We asked them for their business cards in case we needed future electrical work. My $35,000 HVAC, air conditioner & furnace system in an antique house is 4 years old. The furnace works well, but the air conditioner, HVAC & mini split did not work any better than window fans. Casey techs came on a couple of service calls the first year and determined everything was working properly. Yes, the fans worked, but not the coolant. Their contract stipulated a "Casey HVAC 3-Year installation warranty". Last year they ghosted me for a maintenance appointment, but I was unaware they filed for bankruptcy soon afterwards. Thankfully this year I found someone willing to clean up the mess: The mini split system was low on refrigerant with 6 of 10 connections leaking; bad wiring on indoor units. Copper lines inside the house were not fully insulated. This could have caused water damage during summer if the AC ran properly. The compressor in the Trane XR air conditioner failed, as noted in another review, but is still under the manufacturer's warranty and will cost about 5-6 hours of labor to replace. Casey "helped" submit applications for refunds from MassSave, which were denied 15 times before I got a partial refund from what was quoted. Casey was reluctant to provide me the necessary information to do it myself, which I might have been able to do as I have grant writing experience. I got a dozen MassSave denials for the new energy efficient furnace before I gave up. After three years, I'm looking forward to enjoying a functioning system this summer.
