James was incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry for a home theater installation project consisting of a 50" TV mounted on our living wall along with a sound bar and concealment of all wires. James walked me through the best available options and expressed amazing communication throughout the scheduling phase including emailing customized diagrams of optimal television placements. The job itself took four hours, exactly the time commitment James said it would. He was wonderful throughout; professional, courteous and meticulous in his craft. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished results and already working with James to bring him back into our home soon for speaker installation in a few other rooms. You can't go wrong with JMD in terms of quality, delivering great results and value! I've hired about 6 A/V professionals for similar projects over the years, none in the same league as James. read more

I was so impressed with JMD's work. James was thorough and clear in his communication about the project. Our TV mounts look great. I appreciated that he used a drop cloth and vacuumed up. Clean, friendly, professional, and reasonable. If only I had more TVs I needed to install! read more
