I had a truly horrible and unprofessional experience with Lawrence Waste Management, specifically with the owner. After I had already told him I was moving to a new building that provided its own dumpster service, he continued trying to charge me for months even though I asked to discontinue. Instead of removing the dumpster when I gave notice, he left it at my old location past the date I was moving. The situation escalated in an outrageous and completely inappropriate way. Without ever calling me to discuss, the owner stormed into my salon in front of my clients and staff, screaming and demanding money I did not owe. The scene he created was mortifying and humiliating for me and deeply unprofessional. My employees and clients were shocked by his unhinged behavior. This is not how a business should ever conduct itself. I would strongly caution anyone from using Lawrence Waste Management. There are plenty of professional, respectful waste management services out there -- this is absolutely not one of them. read more

The team members at Lawrence Waste Services are so helpful and friendly! They really worked hard for our three locations to make a plan that fit our needs, and fit our budget. Jeffrey, in sales, was extremely helpful in negotiating a great rate. He beat seven other offers from competing trash collection agencies, and he gave great advice on the specific location for our dumpsters.
