I have used Good as Gone many times over the years with Glenn and now Kevin. I found them to be very dependable, hassle free and fair priced. I would not consider calling anyone else for junk removal. J. Intinarelli read more

All went well until it came time to pay and the amount owed was $75 more than the maximum quoted. None of the reasons given were legitimate. After a lengthy, unprofessional conversation with Tyler, he finally agreed to a refund of $75. However the distribution of the refund was not correct. There was a 2nd person who had junk removed. Based on the quote, he should have received $25 back and myself $50. He refused. I only received $25. After a week of not seeing my $25 return I contacted them. They sent me receipts of the original charge and the credit. They were not mine. Tyler claimed he didn't know how this happened as he submitted the credit to my original payment method. Obviously not the case. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them, confirm the quote and communication between the office and pickup crew. read more

Price, reliable and great service. Would definitely recommend them. Also a local company.

I highly recommend Good As Gone Junk removal. We are having our basement redone and they came within a few days and quickly removed all of the items we placed outside. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Good-As-Gone-Junk-Removal/1685876238312684 https://www.facebook.com/pages/Good-As-Gone-Junk-Removal/1685876238312684 read more

Glenn and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. All junk was removed professionally and at an affordable price(random yard junk, old lawnmowers, outboard motor, old exercise bike and electronics). We were able to schedule an appointment quickly after getting an estimate. we would gladly hire them again. read more

I have used Glenn three times in the past two years for junk removal, once for clearing out a multi unit basement. Each time he and his people have been prompt, quick and efficient. And, the price is really great. read more

As a full-time real estate agent, we often need help clearing at home. Sometimes it is a couple items and other times it is the entire house. Glenn is a trusted resource making this happen in either case. He arrives with his trusty truck and a couple of guys and the next thing you know everything is gone. read more

I got an appointment right away. The crew were here on time and moved three big pieces of furniture out of a tight space in half an hour. The owner showed up to make sure everything was going well. Great experience and good prices. I highly recommend read more

Update: I recently used them again as I had a great experience with them in the last. Two kids came to my house and entered without masks. First clue this was not going to go well. I was wearing a mask and it didn't even dawn on them that, duh, maybe they should have one too. Then the owner of this business came to collect the check. He too wasn't wearing a mask. I told him through a window that both of his workers were not wearing masks. His response? A simple shoulder shrug. I was so annoyed that I called the local health department. Several days later they told me they reached out to the owner to "remind" him of safety protocols. Pretty sad to go from a great service to this. Take what you want from this review, but IMO customer safety and concern need to be a priority, as well as the safety of your employees. Judge for yourself, but that was the end of me using them again. read more

Glen and his colleague with Good As Gone were awesome! I really wasn't terribly organized and they were very patient as I walked around and pointed at furniture, TV's, random pieces or wood/debris, pallets and bags that needed to be removed! They were on time, courteous and friendly! The price was also VERY reasonable. I will be sure to be using them again! Thanks guys! read more

I posted a review in July, 2017 when we used Good as Gone and again today. Nothing changed. Glenn and his crew were terrific. Fast, careful, polite and efficient. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Much much less expensive than 1-800-Got Junk and probably much better. Local guy, local company. Use them. read more

You know that stuff you always have at the end of every move? The old mattress, the broken electronics, etc? Just had it all taken away and made my move so much less stressful. Affordable, prompt, great communication. Very courteous and careful not to damage walls, etc while removing everything including that giant old coffee table I'd had forever that just really needed to go. And it's gone! :D read more

I just pointed at the junk I wanted to disappear and Good As Gone took it all away. Glen and his men were most professional, pleasant and hard working. Great service, great price, great job again. Thanks read more

Highly recommend. Glenn stopped by to give us a quote based on what we had to be removed...price was very reasonable. Easy appointment set up on the spot and he came the very next day. He understood my work schedule wouldn't allow me to be home - but he was flexible. I left a check for him on my front door for when he arrived. Professional and friendly. I won't bother checking other services in the future - I will definitely use Glenn/ Good as Gone again for my future needs. read more
