This is a great local business! We have used Tom several times for everything from trash and debris to shelving units and old equipment. He is always responsive, fast, and on time. Everything is done efficiently and he is a polite and kind person. I've had experiences with other junk removal operations that nickel and dime you or fill the truck inefficiently to make it look like more. Every time I use Tom, I feel like I am being treated fairly and that everything is being disposed of responsibly - couldn't ask for more! read more

Tom said he would be here at 8:30 and he was here at 8:27!! Great punctuality and his service was fabulous. Took away all our junk and at a very reasonable price. He has none of the restricitons that come with the Bagster terms. And, you can use the bag over and over again because he leaves it at your house. You just pay for the take away each time. I strongly recommend Tom Cassidy and Junk It Now. Anyone thinking of moving or just clearing out the house for any reason, call Tom. Great service. read more

We needed help with getting rid of some junk, including two very large items that we couldn't handle ourselves (we tried!) I called Tom, and in less than 4 hours he came, loaded all of the stuff up in his truck and he and our junk were gone. Tom and his assistant were very courteous, professional, easy to work with and the final price was very reasonable. If/when we need his help again, we will not hesitate to call, and will recommend him to family and friends moving forward. read more

I needed help with disposing of large heavy items in my basement (sofa, entertainment unit, electric fireplace insert, dehumidifier and a television) so I called the "local guy" that was recommended by several people on my town's Facebook page. Tom was very responsive; he returned my message quickly and provided a estimate for his services. He and his helper showed up right on time (on a Sunday morning!) and was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. read more

I called Junk it now yesterday and today my junk is gone! YEAH!!!! It was very simple for me I pointed and they took it out. They took everything ( no sorting for me) wood, metal, furniture, small appliances, paint cans unused exercise equipment. Tom Cassidy was pleasant, made several useful suggestions. He made the downsizing clear out easy. I found the price reasonable. I have paid the same for much smaller junk pick ups. Sheila (Millis, MA) read more

My parents have always relied on Tom and JunkitNow! when it came to doing cleanouts of their basement and garage. When I was stuck with an old mattress after the mattress delivery folks for my new mattress were unable to take it, I gave Tom a call. He was able to fit me in the very next day, first thing in the morning, for a pickup of my old mattress and box spring. I was so grateful! The service and professionalism is excellent! Highly recommend! read more

We had a great experience with Junk It Now, called and asked about pricing mid-day and Tom said he could come by with his truck and give us a quote and if we agreed on it would haul away then. Originally planned on a time of 5:30 but received a call from him that he could come earlier. Excellent service that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of stuff without a dumpster rental at a reasonable price!!! Gretchen P. Holliston read more

Called and reached Tom on first call. He gave a rough estimate on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. Tom and co worker showed up time the next day. They removed a load of unsightly junk, covering half the garage, within 10 minutes. Pricing was reasonable. Mattresses were an extra charge but received a discount on those. Junk it Now! was efficient and polite during this transaction. Jim K read more

Fast and efficient! I called in the morning and Tom showed up an hour later [unheard of], gave me a quote and removed the item that afternoon. The item was a large, extremely heavy, solid iron industrial piece that required someone with experience to move. Lets just say, he knows what he's doing and does it well. If and when I have other items to be discarded I'll definitely be calling him. read more

I've had an upright piano in my basement for 44 years. Never used, always in the way, long overdue to be disposed of. Called Tom, he came by in an hour or so, and gave me a fair quote. The next day he arrived on time and he and a helper worked that immensely heavy piano out of the basement and into his truck. No fuss, no damage. I'm very satisfied with Tom's service and recommend him highly. read more

This company is great! I've had them come 4 times over the past 3 years to remove used furniture. They are very flexible in scheduling appointments, dependable, quick and efficient with removal of items, and pricing is very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. So glad I found them. Don't procrastinate your spring cleaning, contact them now - you won't be disappointed. read more

I called this morning about having a big old piano moved. Two hours later Tom was here with a reasonable estimate. 2 hours after that he came and did the job! This after I had emailed another place and not gotten anything other than the "we'll be in touch" auto-response for two weeks! Will definitely recommend him to others and would be happy to use his services again! read more

I called Tom hoping to get lucky and get same-day removal. He was very responsive; called me back within a half hour and stopped by on his way to another appointment. He gave me an estimate, then came back about an hour later and we loaded everything up into his truck. He made the junk removal easy, painless and relatively cheap for the service. Great value. read more

Called Tom again after my standing freezer died with chicken inside. Oh Lord, the smell! He actually went to the store and brought me some Clorox Clean up to spray it down with (I had done just that in the interim!) - talk about above and beyond! He and his crew came to remove it the next day, gone in 10 minutes. A life saver. Highly recommend. read more

I called Tom today around noon, thinking there was no way he would be able to get to me today, before I knew it he was at my house. He cleared everything I had asked him too and left no mess behind. He was very professional and I will be calling him again when I need to. Having used other local services before, he is definitely the best in the area. read more

I called Tom this morning and he came this afternoon to take away all my junk at a very reasonable price. We had a nice chat as well. It's only after I typed this that I looked at the previous reviews, and they said exactly the same thing! I recommend Tom and his service and I'm inspired to clean out more of my home, knowing I can depend on him! read more

Tom came to my house and looked at my basement space and everything in it. He gave me a reasonable quote to clean it out. When he cleaned it out he was quick, left the space spotless and the best part was he stuck to his quoted price! I will definitely be calling Tom back when I am ready to clean out the shed in the back of the house! read more
