I will 100% call Treasure Trove first the next time I need anything that falls within their services. The quote was received promptly and was the lowest firm quote I received. Another quote was lower but that was the bottom end of a much larger range. A few other vendors asked me to determine what size truck or what volume of truck space I might need. That's not something I'd had much experience with and wasn't sure about how things would be loaded on top of each other and how that would affect the cargo volume calculation. I wasn't comfortable with that. In my request for quotes I had described the size and type of furniture I needed hauled off, and the location details (steps involved, whether we had disassembled the furniture or not in advance of pickup, etc). I was pleased to get from Treasure Trove a firm quote and great price, and also to know right then what time slots were available on the days I had selected as possible pickup dates at our home in Needham. Communication with the vendor via Yelp message was quick and efficient. And I got a reminder/heads up by phone text the morning of pickup. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time I had them booked for. Two big and polite guys came through and efficiently loaded the stuff and took care not too damage my door or anything. They picked up a three seater sleeper sofa like it was nothing and had it out the door in a wink. Then came back for the other stuff and a few minutes later they were done, the clutter is gone, and I hope to use them again.
