He was rude, disrespectful, and talked down to us the entire time. My husband, who has a bad back, ended up doing almost half the moving himself because they were so unreliable. They didn't finish until 4:30pm, even though the job was supposed to be done by 1pm. Then they tried to charge us extra and acted like we owed them a tip. The worst part was the owner's behavior toward my daughter--constantly staring at her and making her uncomfortable. She is a minor. This company is unprofessional, unsafe, and should be avoided at all costs.

After getting a quote that was beyond what I wanted my mom to spend for a relatively simple move, I connected with Junk Dunkers to see if they would help move us, even though we weren't really looking to get rid of junk. They were happy to help, so accommodating, easy to work with, showed up on time, worked efficiently and helped make moving day easier for us! I was nervous about moving a very hefty and unique furniture item, but they had the right equipment and muscle to make it happen. We also ended up deciding to get rid of a piece of furniture that my mom didn't want - no problem, Junk Dunkers hauled that away and I didn't have to deal with getting rid of it myself! And I felt good knowing that they would donate or recycle the furniture rather than adding to landfill. It's always important to me to work with businesses that are easy to work with, professional, efficient, and affordably priced! And a bonus is that they are locally owned and just good people too! I love when I can add to my "go-to" call list with a business that I trust - Junk Dunkers is on my list now!

Their owner doesn't care about the safety of the towns he serves. I have tried to contact the owner for over two years and not once has he called me back when I've left my number. Today I spoke with Donna who answered the phone, and she said "call back when the owner is here" and hung up. When I called back to see when that was, she wouldn't talk, just put the phone down on the desk, I could hear a tv in the background. Is this the level of customer service you want? I can only imagine if you were calling with a complaint or concern. If their ownership doesn't care enough about public safety issues that he refuses to make a phone call, and knowingly allows his employees to break state safety laws that put you and your children at risk, I would definitely steer clear of this horrible company.
