He was rude, disrespectful, and talked down to us the entire time. My husband, who has a bad back, ended up doing almost half the moving himself because they were so unreliable. They didn't finish until 4:30pm, even though the job was supposed to be done by 1pm. Then they tried to charge us extra and acted like we owed them a tip. The worst part was the owner's behavior toward my daughter--constantly staring at her and making her uncomfortable. She is a minor. This company is unprofessional, unsafe, and should be avoided at all costs.

They have been consistently easy to work with, cheerful, extremely hard workers, efficient, and flexible. They were careful not to damage the property, and cleaned up any messes resulting from the work. One of the "extras" they did for us was to uninstall and remove the wall-to-wall carpet on our stairway, which would have been messy and difficult for us to do. I strongly recommend that you avoid this company. They blatantly ignore MA state safety laws…read more Their customer service is abysmal. Their owner doesn't care about the safety of the towns he serves. I have tried to contact the owner for over two years and not once has he called me back when I've left my number. Today I spoke with Donna who answered the phone, and she said "call back when the owner is here" and hung up. When I called back to see when that was, she wouldn't talk, just put the phone down on the desk, I could hear a tv in the background. Is this the level of customer service you want? I can only imagine if you were calling with a complaint or concern. If their ownership doesn't care enough about public safety issues that he refuses to make a phone call, and knowingly allows his employees to break state safety laws that put you and your children at risk, I would definitely steer clear of this horrible company.
