What a great experience with 495 Rentals! I called a number of rental places before this and the…read morecustomer service and friendly associates who answered my questioned won my business. Other company's I called weren't helpful and I felt like a bother. Here it was just the opposite. I rented a dunk tank and the process was a breeze. I reserved the dunk-tank a few weeks in advance and wasn't charged until it was picked up, that simple. Nothing pushy just helpful patient associates. The condition of the dunk tank was great, and the pricing was very reasonable. Although I myself didn't set it up was told it was very simple. Also, the tank came with everything. Everyone raved about how different and fun the dunk tank was and how my cookout literally was a hit! I will gladly rent from this company again. Thank you!

The crew that packed & cleaned out our home left huge holes in walls, broke furniture, & left a significant amount of furniture & belongings behind. Taran (the supervisor) was informed by the lead for the crew & did nothing to pro active correct the issues - instead choosing to ignore it & be annoyed when we discovered it. Move in day was slightly better however even after personally speaking with the owner, Paul, about our experience, they knowingly delivered furniture broken beyond repair & simply said nothing. Picture frames were broken, scratches left in things. The owner Paul displayed severely unethical practices when he literally delivered an unusable desk to me & acknowledged to us that he was aware it was beyond repair. Yet chose to have his crew wrap it up & deliver it without a word. A pack of true Vikings would have done a better job.

After a lengthy, unprofessional conversation with Tyler, he finally agreed to a refund of $75. However the distribution of the refund was not correct. There was a 2nd person who had junk removed. Based on the quote, he should have received $25 back and myself $50. He refused. I only received $25. After a week of not seeing my $25 return I contacted them. They sent me receipts of the original charge and the credit. They were not mine. Tyler claimed he didn't know how this happened as he submitted the credit to my original payment method. Obviously not the case. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them, confirm the quote and communication between the office and pickup crew.

I went to their office and the woman said that she did not know when she would talk to her supervisor again. "It could be weeks" and that she was not authorized to cut a check. The office is a disaster, run down, and it seemed to me to be disorganized. I will be taking them to court. Avoid them.

Quality Cleaners in Millis is exactly what you want in a local dry cleaner--dependable, efficient,…read moreand reasonably priced. All the work is done onsite, which makes a noticeable difference in both turnaround time and quality. You're not waiting days for items to be shipped out somewhere else, and it shows in the consistency of the results. Service is friendly and quick, and the text notifications when your order is ready are a great, modern touch. Hours are just okay, but the reliability more than makes up for it. Compared to other local options--especially places where work gets sent out and hours are limited--this is a much better experience overall. They stand by their work, pricing is fair (and often cheaper because everything is handled in-house), and you can trust that your clothes will be ready when they say they will.
