We have been using Amazing Maids for about 7 years now and they are the best. We've tried 3 other businesses but they do not come close to matching the quality of Amazing Maids. They bend over backwards to make sure you are pleased with your cleaning and they are very accommodating but it's also true that they are more accommodating and will bend over backwards more for customers who are on a regular cleaning schedule. That makes sense. They have a business to run. They can't always make allowances for people who want a one-time cleaning and then never use their services again. Caution: it seems to me the one-star reviews from people in California are probably in regard to another business by the same or similar name in that state so you can ignore them. I would HIGHLY recommend Amazing Maids! Deanna has been the ultimate support system and Daiana and Ana were extremely thoughtful and diligent for a deep cleaning, and initial service. I was contacted through phone calls, emails, and texts every step of the way, from initial contact to the first visit. I am beyond happy with my first cleaning today. It has been a long year also being diagnosed with ms, and I haven't been cleaning at all, not that it was ever my strong suit. The two maids just left about an hour ago. They worked very well, were thorough, with a deep cleaning. Our priorities were met and exceeded. They explained the details of tile grout that needs silicone once it dries. Quiet, courteous, diligent says it all. Aline always does exceptional work and we are delighted each and every time she comes to clean! The price is reasonable for Middlesex County and they worked with us to focus the cleaning on kitchen, bathrooms, and living room to fit within our budget. My house is hard to keep clean. With three kids and two long haired shedding dogs, it's just a lot. My favorite day of the week is the day Magic Touch Cleaning comes because I know I'll be coming home to a sparkling clean home, far cleaner than I could ever get it to be.
