They had a great truck that we practically filled, and he was knowledgeable about disposing of paint, tires, etc. It wasn't cheap, but it was priceless.

He took the time to understand what my goals were and offered several options. He took the time to really listen and I felt like he was tailoring a plan to fit my unique needs. They (Chris and Steve) kept in close contact via email throughout the planning process, responding to all my inquiries and questions. I was impressed that company policy is to send out a scout ahead of time to get an accurate and detailed first hand look at the project so as to be adequately prepared on the day of service. On the day of service, they arrived on time in very professional vehicles (trailer, pickup truck, van). The 3 young men (intelligent college students) plus the foreman of the project, were courteous, professional, & conscientious. They were respectful of the property and removed items with care, even though the items were slated for destruction/donation. They were quick, they didn't fool around or stand around smoking, they were polite and did not curse, they didn't take a break until they were almost done (I offered them lunch). They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up any debris or trash that fell during the moving process. The entire project from start to finish went off without a hitch. The only caution I would offer is to be aware that paying with a credit card (instead of cash or check) includes a service fee, which is clearly stated on the pre-estimate contract prior to agreeing to book the service. I highly recommend Residential Cleanouts. They exceeded my expectations. I will hire them again without hesitation.

The cherry on the top was this New Year eve when I was notified that my regular time is not available and they can come at 8 am or at 2 pm - none of those slots worked because it is a holiday. I ended up without service and with the notice that they will not come again. I seriously tired of endless schedule adjustments and poor quality- glad I got a new team to work with.

We have been using Amazing Maids for about 7 years now and they are the best. We've tried 3 other businesses but they do not come close to matching the quality of Amazing Maids. They bend over backwards to make sure you are pleased with your cleaning and they are very accommodating but it's also true that they are more accommodating and will bend over backwards more for customers who are on a regular cleaning schedule. That makes sense. They have a business to run. They can't always make allowances for people who want a one-time cleaning and then never use their services again. Caution: it seems to me the one-star reviews from people in California are probably in regard to another business by the same or similar name in that state so you can ignore them. I would HIGHLY recommend Amazing Maids! Deanna has been the ultimate support system and Daiana and Ana were extremely thoughtful and diligent for a deep cleaning, and initial service. I was contacted through phone calls, emails, and texts every step of the way, from initial contact to the first visit. This company puts extra effort into making sure that customers are satisfied with their services and truly care about their customers. They will ask questions and make sure the work is completed with great attention to detail. We couldn't ask for anything more than the services that have already been provided. I am beyond happy with my first cleaning today. It has been a long year also being diagnosed with ms, and I haven't been cleaning at all, not that it was ever my strong suit. My apartment is sparkling like I've never done. The ladies were so friendly and they did an absolutely amazing job. The two maids just left about an hour ago. They worked very well, were thorough, with a deep cleaning. Our priorities were met and exceeded. They explained the details of tile grout that needs silicone once it dries. Quiet, courteous, diligent says it all. My house is hard to keep clean. With three kids and two long haired shedding dogs, it's just a lot. My favorite day of the week is the day Magic Touch Cleaning comes because I know I'll be coming home to a sparkling clean home, far cleaner than I could ever get it to be.
