After reading great reviews I had high hopes for this cleaning service. While they were responsive, the job done was sub-par. I had one room, stairs and hallway/landing cleaned. They were in and out in 15minutes. The carpet on the stairs is wet and maybe surface clean BUT carpet is still matted down. I have had other carpets cleaning services and at the end of 60minute service they look clean and 'refreshed' not matted. When I requested more to be done I was told there is nothing that can be done, which is not my previous experience. read more

I scheduled a residential cleaning with Sidney and unfortunately they were a no show. After texting and leaving a voice mail to follow up as there could always be a delay or forgotten appointment on the schedule, no one from Radiant has returned my calls and/or texts in 5 days. Sorry to say would not recommend them based off of follow up and punctuality, but other reviews they have do give positive feedback. Overall, not a great way for a privately owned business to grow clientele as I always try to give my business first to the hometown people and not go straight for the corporations. read more

What a pleasure to do business with Sidney. Confirmed the delivery time and called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Why would anybody do business elsewhere when they make you wait a few hours. Took out EVERY SINGLE STAIN from my 10 year old carpet. They did a very rushed job and at the end of it, the house didn't look like the carpets were clean. Radiant cleaning was in and out of the whole house in just over an hour as if they were in a hurry to get to their next call. There were some rooms that looked clean but only because they were freshly cleaned and still wet but just after the next few days the dirty spots started to surface again revealing how superficial the cleaning was. It wasn't as if the carpets in the house were very dirty but when asked why the carpets weren't cleaner they had a justification for everything and claimed that they were old and nothing more could be done to clean them - not a very satisfactory service. read more

I have had Sidney in to clean my rugs on several occasions. He has always been accommodating, punctual and thorough. He will let you know if there is a stain or mark that he cannot get out. I had a burn mark from an ember that jumped out of my fireplace which I knew was permanent but he wanted to let me know in case I was expecting it to be removed. Sidney from Radiant cleaning came out yesterday to clean my microfiber couch and loveseat. Have had them cleaned before with another company that was twice the price. Sidney was pleasant to deal with on the phone when I made the appointment. He called me to let me know that he was on his way and arrived at the expected time.
