I don't know what magic these guys worked, but they took my incredibly stained suede couch cover, which had never been cleaned since I had it made in 2005, and now it is like new. I had read the great reviews here, including the one of Carlos and his assistant going beyond the call of duty and carrying a bed up 3 flights of stairs for their customer after a bed company had left it on the first floor "unable" to Navigate the bed up the stairs! Carlos and Enrique were extremely thorough! They spent what I thought was a loooong time on my sectional sofa bed. Then they went to my mother's apartment and cleaned two sofas, two upholstered chairs and a carpet. Again, very thorough and also very conscientious about moving other furniture WITH CARE and REPLACING it afterwards. I just moved into a condo and the previous owners neglected to mention they had a cat (a cat with fleas and a peeing outside the box problem). Carlos came over to clean the carpets. The cat urine issue was worse than I'd thought ( down to the subfloor) and the fleas in the carpet were no match for the store bought flea fogger. We had a bad situation when a neighborhood cat snuck into our house and was trapped in a guest bedroom for 2 days. The cat left quite an odor in there, and we tried everything to get rid of it. I am so glad we did. Carlos had an opening within a few days and he and his assistant showed up right on time. Their equipment was clean and they did a terrific job removing traffic dirt at the entrances and some stains in the back sunroom. When I called him, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and was so accommodating of our schedule - he was even willing to come the same day!
