Josh (professional cleaning tech) did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my living room, den, hallway, and stair carpets. Traffic dirt at entrance to kitchen from front stairway in split entry home was especially heavy and is now GONE! Carpeting is light grey purchased over 30 years ago and now looks like it was just installed. (Yes, there is some signs of 30 years of foot traffic, but just barely.) Barry is the Best of the Best ! Everything you could want: responsible, responsive, taking extra time and effort to be sure he gets all the details and every corner in the room. He cleaned the 15 yr old Berber wall to wall in our basement rec room which had been seriously abused by our kids, their friends (the parties) and for awhile 4 cats. He moved out things that I left in place because I thought they were too heavy! He first took the time to vacuum up all the debris (and believe me it was a mess) before he shampooed the carpet and stairs. He was so thorough and careful that it came out looking like new!
