A bunch of people recommended Sudbury Rug and Home. I just want to let everyone know of the positive experience and excellent customer service I received from Nancy, the owner there. She worked within our budget and lowered the price of the rug we wanted, significantly, so that we could get the one we wanted. Once the rug was in stock she notified me immediately and set up an install time that worked with our schedule. Nancy actually came with the installer to our house and couldn't have been nicer, even offering to hold my crying daughter as my son was simultaneously having a meltdown (good times). The rug came out perfectly and they even offered to bind some leftover materials which we used to create a small mat at the bottom so our tiny dogs would be able to actually climb up them. Overall we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Sudbury Rug and Home.
