This company was recommended to me by a friend for air duct cleaning! I was shocked at how much dust and debris had collected in the heating air ducts after 27 years of living in my house. The service man took before and after videos and was happy to have me watch how the procedure was done. I was actually "sold" when Steve walked in and immediately put "booties" over his shoes so not to track in dirt from outside, I have had other workers track in mud and dog poop and left me with the clean up. Steve thoroughly and methodically cleaned all the ducts and vent covers and left my house without a trace that he had been there. Except for clean and bacteria treated air ducts! Steve was friendly, enthusiastic about his work as well as Rick setting up an appointment and accommodating my schedule. I have been cleaning my own upholstery and rugs for years but may just switch to have Red Carpet doing it. They fairly priced this work and gave us a first time discount!! I've had Red Carpet for rug cleaning twice a year for the past several years. They are an excellent team- accommodating re time and time changes if necessary- they are polite and best of all they do a terrific cleaning job on my rugs. They are well organized, on time and polite. Most important, they were two very nice guys. My rugs were dry in a few hours , the couch they cleaned looks good and the price was reasonable. I appreciated their concern re my cats- being attentive to their safety and ' bad case of nerves' with new people in their home. I have been using Red Carpet for 8 years: they used to come twice a year to clean a white Berber that came w the house. They are always nice and professional. They've also cleaned a big sectional a few times The 5-star rating comes from above and beyond service I got today. My dog is sick and has been having accidents on a new area rug. Tho I'm cleaning as best I can, it smelled and wasn't really clean. I called at 7:30 am and left a message. By 10 am owner Rick had deployed a "big strong guy" to move the carpet (couches/heavy coffee table) into the basement and clean it. I'm confident that these guys saved my rug. I have been using carpet cleaners fro 40 years and The Red carpet is by far the best I have ever used. My carpets which were very dirty now look new. I have had many people who have visited me mention the look of the carpet. The were efficient, timely, great on communication and reasonably priced. I had a dust mite and pet dander problem that made my bedroom unlivable due to the allergies this create but The Red Carpet fixed this problem and I now have my bedroom back. I just had my rugs cleaned last week, and they did a very good job. There were spots, such as the entranceway from my kitchen to my dining room that I didn't think would get clean, but they got it clean.I have a cat so I vacuumed before he came, and I was amazed at how much more fur they got out of the carpet. The person who cleaned my rug was professional and friendly, but got right down to work. My only regret was that I was going to give him a tip, but I didn't have any cash on me! read more
