These people are the best to pretreat and remove spots on anything in your house you care about. Yes it seems pricey at the beginning, but they come the day of or the next day and guarantee to get stains out of furniture you've had treated. The customer service team is super polite, efficient, and timely and RETURNS VOICEMAILS!! The technicians that arrive are polite, remove their shoes, introduce themselves, wear clean uniforms and go the extra mile. A recent guy pointed out a few additional spots on my rug and cleaned them without being asked. They're removed all kids of stains from my linen couch with 100% success. We were very impressed with Sergio. We had a new deep, white, thick Kaleen rug that a contractor got hand prints on and Sergio came early for our appointment to spot the rug. I will definitely use him again. Very knowledgeable, kind, cheerful and caring. Said to call them immediately if we have any problem with the cleaning. Very responsive later when I called to ask a question. The receptionist is also courteous and caring and answers the phone immediately and immediately called me back with an answer to my question. I used Timmins to treat a white couch prior to delivery and also bought their 5 year spot protection plan which allows me to call them for a free spot clean anytime I need to get a spot out. Their customer service is impeccable. Anytime I call they send someone out right away (sometimes even same day!)and even if the spot is a bit of dirt or small spill that is barely visible, they always come with a smile and never make me feel bad for calling them for something so negligible. I dont recall the service being expensive and I've gotten my money back ten-fold. The people in the office and the guys on the road who actually do the cleaning are all very friendly and professional. I also get the couch cleaned once a year by timmins and I can happily report that 3 yrs later my white couch is still white. They're so easy to work with! read more

Timmins is the best carpet and fabric protection and cleaning company bar none. I've used others over the years, but won't use anyone else besides Timmons now that I found them. They are affordable, prompt, have great customer service and best yet, get the job done. A decorator recommended I use them for the items in my living room that I had just re-decorated. They protected a couch, chairs, and a rug. About a year later our dog had a stomach virus and had a nasty "accident" on the rug. Let's just say the stain was black on an ivory colored rug. I was thinking about giving up on the rug, but remembered the next day that I had the Timmins protection so I called them to see what they could do. They came within a couple hours and got the stain COMPLETELY up within 10 minutes. I didn't have to pay anything at that time, since I had paid for the protection when the furniture was originally treated. It was a carpet miracle! Can't say enough about Timmins, they are amazing! My kids spilled red wine all over a partially white chair last night and they tried to get it out with water ... it was a mess!
