We are so happy that we decided to work with Creative Carpet to redo our basement. It started with excellent options and advice on the best carpet for our needs. We took our time deciding, looked at a several samples, and never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. As other reviewers have noted there was no attempt at "upselling" whatsoever. They came quickly to measure and gave us a prompt, accurate, and affordable quote. They scheduled the installation quickly, working around our scheduled. The installation team was prompt, professional, polite, and did a great job. We love our new carpet and would recommend Creative Carpet to anyone. read more

Joe was great to work with. Carpet looks great. Better service here than Dover Rug!

Being an award-winning Customer Service Manager in a different industry, I cannot say enough about Creative Carpeting. The owner, Joe plus his two installers, Gilvan and Leonardo could not have been more responsive, prompt, respectful, or did a better job installing carpeting in my home. Joe actually left his office in the middle of the afternoon to come back and adjust a small detail that needed fixing. The carpet looks great and is so comfortable to walk on with the extra padding that Creative Carpeting used during installation. One of the best companies I have worked with in my 30 years living in Framingham. Well worth the value. read more

I had never heard of Crative Capet though have lived in the area for decades. When looking to redo our small family room (where we spend a lot of time), I reached out to Next Door to inquire about good carpet places. I was really hoping to avoid the "big name / big box" stores. Creative Carpet was recommended so I thought I'd give them a whirl. WOW - what a hidden gem. The building is quite nondescript but what is contained within is a shining example of an excellent business. The people that work there are so knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with - they're helpful beyond measure. Their customer service is unsurpassed -I f it isn't right, they will make it right. Full stop. If you're looking for a great carpet experience, run - don't walk - to Creative Carpet!! read more

Great experience working with Joe and the installers. We scheduled the installation for 3 days over a week to allow for furniture rearranging. It went very smooth and the installers for the carpet and flooring did a great job. read more

The carpet in my mother's condo was looking very worn down. So much so that I am guessing it was steamed and washed a hundred times since it was originally installed back in the late 1970s. After going to two other places for quotes, I listened to my friend and fellow yelper Kerry D. and visited Creative Carpet. I was helped promptly and was shown a few of the different options available. By sticking with a carpet that was in stock, I was able to save a good 20% from what I had been quoted elsewhere. The installation was scheduled for the following week, which worked perfectly for the timeline I had in mind. The installer turned out to be a contractor, a team of two men. They were friendly and worked quickly. They were done and the carpet looked excellent! Shortly after they left, I noticed that the carpet in the closets wasn't fastened properly to the concrete floor. I was afraid that it would become a big issue when I called Creative Carpet to ask that it be fixed. This was not the case. They handled the situation very well and showed me excellent customer service in quickly addressing my concerns and finishing up the installation. They didn't ask for payment until well after they had fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the way the carpet turned out and with the great value and customer service that I received. read more

Creative Carpet has installed most, if not all of the carpet I have in my multi-family home in Framingham. They provide great pricing and friendly customer service. The installation is professional and done well...if there are any issues they do whatever it takes to fix it even if they have to replace the whole carpet...they get it right. Highly recommend Creative! read more

We chose Creative because of its strong reviews on Yelp and we certainly weren't disappointed. Joe patiently walked us through the bewildering array of choices, guiding us on how to get what we needed without spending too much. He took precise measurements and gave us a detailed estimate. The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and were a pleasure to chat with. When a miscommunication resulted in a closet not being covered in the estimate, Joe immediately dispatched a better-quality alternative at no additional charge. In this day of mega-stores and impersonal retailers, it's a real pleasure to discover a small business that treats its customers like friends. We strongly recommend Creative Carpet. read more

Excellent experience! We purchased Mohawk Berber carpet that had a defect, with no questions asked Andy completely took care of it. He had the sales rep from Mohawk take the carpet back & he had his crew reinstall another new carpet. I cannot recommend this company enough, they were excellent. read more

I hired Creative Carpet for new carpet and kitchen/bathroom flooring in a small one bedroom condo. I hired them based on Yelp reviews. Andy was incredible friendly, prompt and helpful. Putting in new carpet/flooring is not cheap but a friend of mine said she researched lots of local companies and Creative Carpet was the most competitive. I did use in-stock carpeting and flooring to make the cost as reasonable as possible. The two crew members (Rafael and Giovanni) were prompt and pleasant. They did a very good job and I would hire Creative Carpet again. I appreciate that they take credit cards as it was more than I could afford in cash. read more

We had a great experience with Creative Carpet installing carpet in our home a year ago, so when we just converted our attic to a den space, they were our first call. Andy and Joe were very helpful and easy to work with, as always. The installers showed up on time and did a great, careful job and the attic now looks like a real room! I much prefer working with a local business who remembers you and treats you well. Highly recommend. read more

I had the best experience with Creative Carpet! They came and helped me out after Empire left me hanging. Joe was accommodating and the installers were professional, worked quickly and had great attention to detail!!! Would highly recommend Creative Carpet for any carpeting need you have! read more

I just used this company 3 weeks ago and found them to be really unprofessional, from customer service to the execution of the job. The subcontractor they used to actually install the flooring barely spoke English so communication was very difficult. The job was delayed twice and when I called the main office about it, the employee was extremely rude and not at all apologetic. The job eventually got done but their communication was poor, they lack professionalism and I can't recommend this vendor. read more

I couldn't be happier with my choice to work with Creative Carpet. I needed 3 bedrooms carpeted as just 1 of many projects to prep my house for sale. Joe really went above and beyond to help and meet my timeline. Great service, outstanding result & at a fair price! read more

Great service! Also, we have always gone here with a very clear request for the 3 homes we have lived in: we want the cheapest berber carpet you've got to update a finished basement. In all cases, they've been able to offer us a choice of 4 in-stock berbers at an unbeatable price, install it the next week, and the end result looks like a million bucks. read more

Creative Carpet did a wonderful job installing a new rug runner on two sets of our stairs. Communication was great and service was excellent throughout the process. Joe was extremely helpful in the selection of the right rug and I was able to look at lots of options. When the rug started to wear a bit more than expected, they replaced it with a new rug that we chose. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new rugs! read more

Had this company install carpet recently. They were very helpful in the showroom and even showed us a significantly less expensive carpet that was essentially the same as the one we originally wanted. They came over to measure and brought samples to make sure we were happy with our choices. They made sure we were happy with where any seams would appear as well. They were very accommodating about the installation schedule and got us in before the holidays. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did top quality work. They also arrived a few minutes early and finished in less time than quoted. Definitely going back to them again. read more

We worked with Creative Carpet to to help us install a runner on our stairs -- and we had a great experience. When we bought our house, we refinished the hardwood floors, which were beautiful, and also very slippery on the stairs. We didn't want our daughter and dog to slip, so we went to Creative Carpet. They gave us a great price on the carpet we used, did the project beautifully and efficiently, and they were very responsive to all of our questions along the way. I would absolutely recommend them. read more

Andy & Creative Carpet were beyond terrific for floor sales and installation in Framingham. Easy to work with, very well priced, pleasant installer who I was happy to have in my home, and highly ethical. Would not charge my credit card until we were 100% satisfied with the install -- who else is so customer-focused? Plus, Creative Carpet guarantees their labor/installation work for as long as you have your floor. I am totally sold & will not go anywhere else for our Boston-area flooring needs. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Creative Carpet. Helpful, professional, patient, and friendly service with a beautiful end result. So happy with our new carpet. Thank you! read more

Asked Joe at Creative Carpet to do a bid and install on a very specific date. He did a measurement within a day and delivered a professional, itemized competitive quote - said he could get it done when I wanted, too. Although I chose another vendor, based on Joe's professionalism, I'd recommend using Creative Carpet and dealing with Joe! He's my go to guy if I ever have a problem with the vendor I chose. read more

We selected Creative Carpet because it was recommended by our builder (who has used many carpet stores in the past and professes that Creative Carpet has the best prices and customer service.) We could not have been happier. We actually had to split the installation into 3 different days and Joe was ultimately accommodating. They helped with the selection and whittled down the many options and helped me select the highest quality carpet while still staying within my budget. These guys have been in the business for years. Installers were ultimately professional but also the nicest guys. I have not found one corner that needs fixing or adjusting. Would recommend highly. read more

We went into creative carpets after being disappointed with the service/sales in the big box stores. We were met by a salesperson who helped us get to a reasonable number of carpets to look at. When we asked for a very quick installation, they had someone at our home the next day to measure. The carpet itself was installed in 2-3 days after visiting the store. The price, installation and service were all great. I know the next time we need carpet, I won't even consider any other store, they really won me over. read more

We had a our basement repaired following a flood. Our contractor wanted to use a home improvement store because of the cost. While researching local carpet stores I came across Creative Carpet and called because of the ratings on Yelp. Joe came to our house dropped off a few samples, took measurements, and had the carpet installed in 10 days right before Christmas. Somehow I hit a snag and Joe came to fix it 2 days after Christmas. We could not be happier with the selection they had to choose from. Amazingly their customer service was even better. This is a company with incredible knowledge and experience with customer service skills to earn repeat business from this tough to please customer! read more

The dispatcher/coordinator was super friendly and quick to communicate a cancellation on their end, and quick to schedule another appointment that fit in with my schedule. The guy that came was an older retired man who was contracted from R.I. He was early for the appointment and got right to work. Didn't even mind our cats. He worked quickly and the seams of the patch job are virtually undetectable. He even asked for a vacuum when he was finished to clean up! We were very impressed with his work. Thanks Richard!! read more

We had a great experience with Creative Carpet from start to finish. Andy was very helpful in the showroom, answering all our questions and helping us find exactly what we wanted. He offered many choices at a variety of prices - there was never any "upselling" (which you get at other stores). Andy came out quickly to measure and gave us a prompt quote at a great price. The installers did a fantastic job, and were polite and pleasant to have in the house. The carpets are beautiful! Creative Carpet has great people, prices, service, and products - we'll never go anywhere else! read more

We can't say enough about the professionalism and workmanship at Creative Carpet. Joe is such a pleasure to deal with, and the installers were efficient, neat, and thorough in our installation. I highly recommend them! read more

Bought and had carpet installed a few years ago. Observed installers not using proper techniques and called the office to complain. I was told, by management, not to worry carpets would lay down and there would be no problems. Well as I predicted the carpets after a few years are buckling. I was assured that there would be no problems. You might save a few dollars at this store but you are going to pay more in the end. Strongly recommend using experienced installers and not these clowns. read more

Do not waste your time shopping for carpet....just go to Creative Carpet. You deal with the owners (Andy in my case) who are knowledgable and efficient. As a retailer myself I appreciate solid advice and professionalism. Andy showed me products to fit my needs and budget. His quote was solid, prices very fair, and delivery on time. The installers were pleasant and clean. All in all...a perfect experience. PS: i am not a friend or relative...just a very satisfied customer. read more

My buying experience was good, I thought. I got a house full of carpet at what I thought was a very good price. I was told what a great guarantee it had, how it'd hold up, why they had the very carpet I purchased on the floor in the showroom. Well, when the carpet wore in less than 5 years, I was told it wasn't a very good color (nothing was said about the lighter color I picked due to wanting to brighten my rooms), this was "normal wear" for a family of 4. You could see paths in the carpet. NOT NORMAL WEAR. My friend bought a carpet elsewhere a few months after I did. Her carpet still looks new, she has a family of 4 and her carpet still looks like new..and she entertains CONSTANTLY. Oh, and the carpet I bought was not one they no longer carried.....So in the end, nothing was done, and I was NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I went elsewhere for new flooring and will tell everyone I know of my experience. It's great when you're buying, but when you're several years down the road, dont expect any service despite a warranty that you are told about when you buy. read more
