I am looking for trophies for my Cub Scouts pack's Pinewood Derby. I can get past that, not looking for a super wall to wall carpet place, but seriously?? That being said, there was a woman and a man in there...we assume woman was secretary, man was owner. Not being sexiest, she said she was the secretary. Well I kept being interrupted by the man.....rude. I'm the customer, trying to spend $$ at your place. This got the woman frazzled and she wouldn't help me... I kept asking questions, and didn't really get the answers. So I left wondering why they wouldn't help me more....was there some trophy crisis in the world?? Never even saw the trophy top, had to imagine it. Nope. Instead I spent my $$ on-line at some company in California.....sad, very sad. I try to support local business, but when they don't support you, I go somewhere else.

I've lived in one of their apartments for the past two years and whenever there's been even the smallest issue, Paul has jumped in right away with a solution. He always makes himself available to help someone who is struggling. Paul and Debbie are the type of genuine people you don't always get lucky enough to come by, and I cannot recommend them and their business enough.

We went through them for our gym. First time we've ever had t-shirts printed. Quality is nice but…read morequality control isn't. Some shirts were crooked. The logo was barely visible. We were missing items from a large order that we already paid for. It took months of cat and mouse to get our missing items. They randomly show up and give us what they thought we were missing. Nothing was correct. They gave us crewnecks instead of sweatshirts. A long sleeve that was never ordered. So in reality, we're still missing correct items of our order. Now we want our money back and can't get in touch with them. Not to mention our shirts smell like weed. It's unprofessional and it's not okay to hand people new sweatshirts and shirts that smell like straight weed. I will never do business with them again.
