If there was a negative 5 I would have awarded the owner that. I only order a handful of plaques each year 3 to 4 and 1 at a time. This last time of going to him made me decide to take my business elsewhere as he berated me over the phone, because I came to his door, where the door knob does not work and the door does not open easily. Having gone there not that often and not remembering this, I followed the instructions on his sign that says to call him. Unfortunately that sets off his on-site dog, which sets the owner off as well. He not so kindly told me that because I did he would tack on additional charges to my order because he's bothered by people making his dog bark. This guy seems to think the issues with his business, door and dog's barking are the fault of the customer. If you feel like having a good verbal berating then this is the place to go. If not I'm going to say look for another shop, I found one close by, they were nice, professional, easy to work with, quick with the order and I didn't feel like crap walking away. Oh and no barking Dog. read more

Terrible customer service. This business is run by one person who does't carry much inventory and treats customers poorly. This happened more than once. I thought maybe the first time was a bad day. He said he could do 7 plaques in 2 weeks and then was annoyed when I ordered because he also got other orders at the same time (not my problem). Don't know how he stays in business. read more
