Incompetent rude staff. Do not recommend at all. Love T-Mobile but their staff in general are sub par.

Disappointing Customer Service That Cost the Store a Sale I…read morevisited this AT&T store with a simple goal: to get information about upgrading to a newer phone and better understand my options. My initial interaction with the first sales representative was positive. He was courteous, professional, and informative, and he provided the clarification I was looking for. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when he asked about my current plan. A second sales representative, who was not assisting any customers at the time, decided to interject and belittle my existing plan. His response was along the lines of, "No offense, but your plan isn't that good, and it will increase every six months to a year." It wasn't just what he said, but the tone and delivery that made the interaction uncomfortable and unnecessarily dismissive. As a customer, I came into the store looking for information, not to have my current plan criticized or to be spoken to in a way that felt condescending. There is a professional way to explain plan options, potential price increases, and opportunities for savings without making a customer feel like they've made a poor decision. The frustrating part is that this interaction could have easily resulted in a sale. I was already in the store, interested in upgrading my phone, and open to learning about my options. The first representative was doing a good job, but the second representative's unnecessary interjection completely changed my impression of the store. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere and visit another AT&T location. It's disappointing when a store loses a potential sale not because of pricing or a lack of available options, but because of how a customer is treated. Customer service matters. You can have great products, competitive offers, and knowledgeable employees, but none of that matters if a customer feels disrespected. Hopefully, management takes this as an opportunity to remind its staff that professionalism, respect, and knowing when not to interject are essential parts of providing a positive customer experience.
