I went to the store and the associate working at the time gave me 3 other options, none of them matching what I was told on the phone. When I asked when Thomas was working, the associate completely shut down and got an attitude with me. I came back when Thomas was working and he was able to provide me with what he offered on the phone. I received my newest bill online and when I checked the details, I discovered a new line was added to my account. I never asked or approved a new line. The store manager is now telling me it's a digital number that was added and not another line. This is ridiculous. I will never step foot in this store again.

After reading many glowing reviews, I chose to bring my phone there. Over 600 Google reviews - every single one a 5-star rating - were spot on, as my experience was outstanding also. The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.

Cove serviced the Fender twice, only charging for parts the second time, and fixed up my head (redoing old connections, replacing some switches that were worn out, reconnecting equalizers that didn't work, and put in an internal ground) all for under $100. He also advised me on the best approach for fixing my cabinet. The current had fried the speaker cones beyond repair and he suggested some options for replacement. All told this took about a week to complete and cost much less than it would to replace the cabinet. Bonus points for his knowledge on all things related to vintage amps. If you're interested (and probably if you're not) you can get a history lesson on tube manufacturers. Maybe this is a symptom of newer musicians' obsession with tube amplifiers and lack of knowledge about caring for them, but he also went into great detail about how to keep things functioning.

Review: I've been a…read moreloyal MetroPCS customer since 2003, but the experience I had at the Metro PCS store located at 1167 Pleasant Street, Fall River, MA 02723 was the worst I've ever had. On August 6, I went in with 5 phones on my plan, simply trying to replace an old phone and keep my number. Instead, the store manager Tiago (#xsz928) canceled my phone from my plan and set it up as a brand-new plan. He promised me it would be fixed in a week, but every time I went back, he pushed me off again. What he actually did was create an extra line and put my new phone on a separate plan--leaving me paying $200 for my old plan plus $62 for the new one. When I tried to get answers, Tiago was rude, dishonest, and even physically aggressive, pressing his body against mine as if he wanted to fight. That is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone a manager. Thankfully, when I finally contacted MetroPCS customer service, they explained exactly what he had done, fixed the problem, and treated me with respect and professionalism--everything this store failed to do. After more than 20 years as a Metro customer, I have never experienced anything like this. This store is shady, unprofessional, and unsafe. If you need help, skip this location entirely and call MetroPCS customer service instead. Tiago should not be managing a store.
