I went to another corporate store and they were able to explain to me how I was receiving device credits, and a military discount and that my bill actually went down per month. Bottom line, if you're looking for competent and professional Sales staff. Keep driving.

When someone would call us it would go directly to voice mail. Called the T-Mobile help line and spent 40 minutes waiting and then spent 20 minutes having them fiddle with 5G and LTE settings. NOTHING WORKED. As a last ditch effort went to the T-Mobile Store at the Shaws Shopping center. Colin came over and asked what the problem was. As it turns out all we had to do was reset our network on settings. BINGO..we now get great coverage. I was, literally, there for 5 minutes. GoWireless Corporate has since 2017 changed the plan and will no longer honor the unlimited glass protector replacements. They force customers to NOW sign-up online to receive a coupon to replace glass protectors, have NOW limited replacements up to three, and NOW charge you a fee for every replacement after three. GoWireless store reps refuse to honor the terms of the 2017 GoAdvantage premium plan for glass protector replacement; they will not replace glass protectors without the coupon. They refuse to honor the unlimited replacement as well. By signing up on-line, current premium plan owners relinquish the terms of the original plan which provided for unlimited glass protector replacements for the life of the phone. Bait and switch is illegal!! BUYER BEWARE when considering business with GoWireless!!!

I never heard back from them. Three days and many phone call attempts later, I drove to their shopfront and was told by an employee that the data wasn't recoverable and the person who worked on it wasn't available. When I tried to ask a question, he curtly responded, "Like I said, I wasn't the one who worked on it." He went on to tell me that my only option was to send it into a lab, which would be extremely expensive. After doing a little research and making a few phone calls, I decided to drive 25 miles to First in Service. The owner, Russ, was extremely honest and helpful. He even called a few minutes before closing on a Friday to say, "It's going to take a few days but it looks like your data is going to be recoverable - I wanted to let you know so you could enjoy your weekend." And just like he said, a few days later, everything was recovered at a very affordable price.

I went back to Anthony, and he adjusted the replacement screen, but you can't fix a bad product. I ended up at Apple, and the Genius Bar pointed out how high the glass screen was above the phone. He said, That's not a good replacement. I paid Apple $415.00 to replace the screen. I paid Cellular Mobile $200.00. The lesson here is not to go to Cellular Mobile for repair. Ever.

When told there was no warranty available for a water-damaged phone, I simply asked if they could take another look at it, and left with again-- a new cheap screen that didn't fill the phone correctly and was not compatible with 120Hz refresh rate, a ruined front selfie camera that needs full room light to work, and down $300.
