    I came here to fix my iPhone battery. that is all, the worker convinced me to also fix my screen…read more(which only had one small crack)..okay whatever I ended up spending $190, only for my phone to glitch and get a ghost touch! the screen was also popping out of the bottom. they did a terrible job and also caused another issue. now a few days later I brought it back for a refund or to fix the ghost touch for free since they were the ones who did it to my phone, the worker tried to gaslight me into saying it was my fault, (when I had barley used the phone BECAUSE of the ghost touch)...and was trying to manipulate the situation onto it being my fault. the screen is also not put on right and there are white little specks on the side of my phone from whatever they did. now I have -$190 in my wallet and my phone is still broken! im not sure if he was the store manager or not, but he was being a complete a**hole to me and my grandmother and was straight up trying to rob me another $50. this place is not worth your money, I feel absolutely scammed. terrible experience, do not come here and I will not be coming back either.

There is no appeal to return, you're better off shopping straight from Apple or the guys at Accessory City, who are some dope people.

    This is a small strip mall in Warwick, not far from all the other strip malls and large shopping…read morecenters of the area. There's a Verizon store, as expected, but they also have a CBD store, a Martial arts school, a nail salon and spa, a community work space, and much more. There's plenty of parking in front of each one of the businesses, making it easy for customers to get in/out. Right on Bald Hill road, this is a convenient location for many.

    I went to the Verizon store located at 1200 Bald Hill Rd to add an International calling plan to my…read moreservice plan. After waiting for 20 minutes, the manager began to help someone who had walked in after I had arrived. I politely interrupted and informed Mike that I had arrived long before this customer he was helping. However, Mike did not seem to care and told me to " wait, and he would be with me shortly". After another 10 minutes passed, Mike H. finally turned his attention to me. I explained I was there to add an international calling plan as I was traveling out of the country for approximately 18 days. After allowing him access to my account, he refused to help me as the account is listed under my daughter and son in law at the same address as mine. HE REFUSED TO CONTACT MY DAUGHTER TO ASK PERMISSION TO ALLOW THIS TRANSACTION. I explained to Mike that on several occasions when I have visited this store for this same request, the service person contacted my daughter for authorization and completed my request. Mike told me that my daughter had to call Customer Service to complete my request! THAT's ODD- I THOUGHT MIKE REPRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. A very disgruntled senior citizen!

    I gave them a second chance... Still tried to rob me. I…read moredecided to definitely go with unlimited. I only needed it on two of my three phone lines. I walked in and was asked my name and it was put in their system. I waited for a salesman to see me. I wound up with a guy that, apparently, I was inconveniencing. I told him what I wanted to do and he said he had to go in the back to see what the pricing would be. I've never had a salesman do that before. Usually they can just run it up on their tablets. After 10-15 minutes, he came back and said the best he could do was $225 a month. Excuse me? I didn't think I heard him correctly. I told him it was a lot less if I did the switch online. He said it was the best he could do. I wasn't even getting a new phone for this. $225 a month??? I left pretty mad about this. At this point, if I drove past an AT&T or T-Mobile store on my way home, I was going to switch immediately. It just so happened the first store I came upon was a different Verizon store, Verizon Victra. I wanted to see if they came up with the same assessment. They said they could give me the unlimited I wanted on two lines and leave the third with 2 gig for $140 a month. I signed with them. As I was there, I decided I should get a new phone. I bought two new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras. So due to almost losing my business from Verizon, the first salesman also lost a pretty good commission on two phones. I won't go back there again. The real funny part is that even with the new contract and two new phones, I'm still paying less than the best he could do.
