Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. The rear window would not work. I was quoted $725 to fix the issue. I was under the gun because I was selling the car within a few days. I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared . Yes I was told no problem. I paid the outrageous bill.. For in the car code NOT cleared . I waited 45 mins no luck. I had to leave and come back. I will never bring my car to these guys again JOKE.
