Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. They insisted they were the wrong ones and tried another kind and someone else came to help, but they weren't a matching set. Eventually they put blades on my car and they finally didn't break. But the blades are too small! So every time I use them I see a little wave spot that doesn't get cleaned or stays wet. It drives me crazy! But the dealer remived the purchase date sticker so its july 2020.. well guess what, i was told these have a 36 month warranty when purchased and now oh its only 13 months... one battery out of 4 Deka i have is boiling out..all are in series for my rv so that makes no sense. Battery also only holds a 10v charge.others 12.84 so bad battery but since the store doesn't keep records are required by law on battery sales in calif, im getting screwed on the warranty as i told them look it up on penns page... then it was you dont have the receipt we cant warranty it.
