There is a tear on the back of the couch that the cushion rest against(on the seam). I reached out to the warranty people and like before they said they couldn't do anything about it. I went to the store. They have started working with a new warranty company. They told me to try and see what happens if they could help. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. This is ridiculous. People don't waste your money on the warranty/goof proof because it seems anyway they can get out of fixing they will!!!

It has been 3 months since I received…read moredelivery of it and because of the high density foam used in the cushion it is nothing like the one in the showroom. I found out recently that the one on the showroom floor had been there for over 10 years! Even the manager said it's a very hard share and nowhere near representative of what you will receive upon delivery. I have a bad back and Bone degeneration in my spine. This chair was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it without using multiple pillows and blankets under my butt! I finally went to the store, saw a manager in person, and they refunded the Riley Ash chair and I used those funds to purchase the Trevor recliner, which arrived today. It hasn't even been broken in yet and it's more comfortable than the Riley Ash chair was after 3 months. So my advice to you is when you go to the store, ask the salesperson how long the display has been on the floor and what the break-in period is, and what it should feel like when it's being delivered. What is on the sales floor is not representative of what you will have delivered unless you buy from the cash and carry room.

It looks like each person has their own space and there was some great variety, but it went from the least expensive item was like three dollars for like a air freshener up to like $110 for a beautiful Handmade picture of different birds that were put on piece by piece with the crystals and the beads. The service was out of this world two young girls own The shop they are kind friendly and on top of thier business. Take custom orders. they give away free plants. Every single personally came in. They also had a balloon maker there and they had an other of one of the books that they sell and she was there signing her books individually for children or as gifts it was very nice was age-appropriate. It had some really wonderful pictures and stuff in it. They are closed starting tomorrow on Sundays and Mondays, but otherwise they're open from Tuesday through Saturday And they're just very friendly. I wish so much success in the shop. Since the store has gotten busier over the years, they have added some additional employees which definitely helps the customer. New this year is their kitchen design center which assists home owners and contractors on designing or remodeling your kitchen. Cabinets sold here are usually not put together so be prepared for this or you can opt to have the store put them together for you at an additional cost. Give this place a try instead of heading to the orange or blue renovation stores. You may be surprised with what you can find!

We went over to the cutting g board, I gave him the measurements I needed when he handed it to me I asked if the size was correct, he measured it and it was wrong.
