Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. This was my first time at this auto service My van had been…read moremaking a noise every time I turned right....I let it go all winter, it sounded expensive!!!! I finally gave in and went to Smittys because it was walking distance to my house I told them about the noise and my check engine light was on, I didn't know why. I also asked for an oil change. I walked home expecting a call letting me know how many hundreds I should bring when it was fixed. A few hours later they call and tell me it was a shield that was bent and hitting the rotor, they bent it back for me, no charge The engine light....gas cap was not on tight! No charge! So I had to pay for an oil change!!! I am over-the-moon thrilled!!!! Not only was the problem no big deal, but these guys were honest and told me it was no big deal!!!!
