I stopped at this AutoZone to check on the prices of the motor oil. The store is located in a predominantly Hispanic area, so all the staff I heard or dealt with were Spanish speaking, which is an advantage for those who are not fluent in English. I was checking the different prices and I was amazed that even the cheapest quart of motor oil is almost $6...it's cheaper to buy the 5 gallon if you need that much. I asked for assistance and one guy helped me find the best value at the store. The parking lot is not big but ample for this area. read more

Jackie was yelling at a young man named Thomas, and I have never felt so disgusted by a person's behavior. After her outburst, she just stood there, chatting with different coworkers and doing absolutely nothing while Thomas handled all the work. It was incredibly frustrating to witness such a lack of respect and teamwork. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and it's hard to overlook the unprofessionalism displayed. I hope the management addresses this behavior in the future. read more

I had an issue with a car rental from Enterprise. Yeah I, the car to rented me kept giving many warnings on the dashboard. I called this location and asked for help. Took it in and they ran a diagnostics and informed me of no issues, but it might have been faulty wires. No charge at all, only a friendly help. The staff was amazing. read more

A nicely organized, decently stocked Autozone. While customer service appears to be knowledgeable and friendly enough, unfortunately I never actually get what I need on the first shot. Why? Despite being a good part Puerto Rican, I embarrassingly speak zero Spanish. .... Which is exactly what they speak at this Autozone. I'm completely not exaggerating when I warn that stepping into this store is totally and utterly surreal. The signs are in Spanish, the customers speak Spanish, the customer service -only- speaks Spanish (at least every person I've had contact with so far) even the little leaflet that comes with the used parts.. yup.. 100% in Spanish with zippo English translation. It took fifteen minutes of hand waving hilarity just to get the fan belt I needed. Sure this location is like, up the street from where I live and thus the easiest to get to in a pinch, but why I continue to subject myself to cluelessly starring at the dude behind the register, shit-eatin' grin on my face and all, is a mystery beyond me. Their shocked looks when I open my valley girl-esque mouth also probably don't help. But still. Should you either speak Spanish or be as stubborn as yours truly, this location is otherwise pretty good. No weird looks for being a chick while the service genuinely tries to help you out. Still though, got twenty minutes to spare? Come on down and watch me describe a camshaft this weekend for pure entertainment value. read more

I'm completely displeased with the service. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for a light bulb for my break light. I'm finally helped by the manager Lewis U. and he hands me bulb grease not mentioning it was an additional fee which is annoying asf. So I put it back, go and change my light and it doesn't work. I go back in and no one available to help me so I literally had to walk up to him and demand assistance. He then got loud with so I had to ask him to lower his voice. When he goes outside to assist me he seemed clueless and even told me it was another problem with my car. My car is in A1 condition for the year so I ask him to try a different light bulb and guess what?! It worked! I'm pissed because not only was he not helpful he literally tried to catch an attitude and send me away thinking there was something wrong with my car. That location needs new management and knowledgeable staff that show urgency when helping customers. read more

Second time around at this location I met a very helpful dude Jonathan who was also wiling to show me a simple fix by redoing the same fix so I could get it. No agitation, cooperative was his nature and greatly apprecaited by his customer. Also, answered my questions politely, asked me to wait just a moment so he could also take care of his customers but didn't make me wait long. I had to wait about 20 minutes on my previous visit here although I must say the line was longer and the other dude also tried to not make me wait. However, Mr. Jonathan side stepped for a minute so he could take a quick look and showed me second time around and explained why it was to be done the way it was done and he was short, precise and quick in his explanation so other customers did not have to wait. read more

Waited 1/2 an hr just for a exchange for the correct tools and end not even giving me the tools. Horrible customer care. I attend UTI and i know what i needed. The biggest (weight wise) guy there needs to learn how to talk to people or at least lose weight to be happy. You are a customer, you know what you want why question me. read more
