Before I could enter the store, the salesmen locked the door on me and said sorry it's 6pm. I pointed to the clock on my phone to show him I had a few minutes left to make my purchase and pleaded with him to make an exception because it was dark and needed the bulb to drive home. If this is exceptional service, it definitely fell short. I don't normally write complaints or bad experiences but this is just unacceptable and they lost a sale. But the blades are too small! So every time I use them I see a little wave spot that doesn't get cleaned or stays wet. It drives me crazy! I am grateful to the other employee, Dylan, who stepped in to mitigate the situation, but this experience felt demoralizing and unnecessarily rude.
